From the start to finish Carly has been an excellent mortgage broker for us. She was always very responsive and got our mortgage application agreed within days !. There were legal delays which meant we went to the wire on our mortgage offer. Carly quickly took the initiative to request an extension and when declined, challenged the decision which she managed to overturn with the lender !. The additional 45 days grace made a difference as it gave us time to successfully exchange and complete on our dream home purchase.!
