I initially called last year, May 2024, to explore life cover for my mum and the service we received was impeccable.
Phil was so patient and professional and he really took his time to ensure we were well informed. Mums English isn’t the best either so heavy on how patient and determined he was in making sure she understood which was truly amazing and very much appreciated.
Of the many things I was impressed about, I really respected how genuine my interaction was with Phil - absolutely no upselling or pressuring us to agree on a cover like I’ve experienced with other advisors. I called back a few weeks later and got mum covered with him.
I was so impressed with Phil’s professionalism and knowledge that I’m back a year later but taking out cover for myself!
Thank you Phil! You are an absolute gem and you deserve every good thing. Very grateful to have come across you.

Ben was brilliant! He explained everything thoroughly in a way that I could fully understand and was personalised to exactly what I felt I needed in life insurance! He was so good I even discussed with my partner who then also took a policy out with Ben. Brilliant service!
