Horrible experience with First Choice. We booked 2 rooms for a 4 night break in a hotel in Turkey, arrived late at night and shown to our rooms which were filthy, mouldy bathroom, dirty toilet, hairs in the bed and dirty sheets, public hairs on the bedside cabinet. We didn't stay the night as it was so unsanitary and went to a local bar whilst we looked for another hotel to stay, found one after a very stressful time, with the help of the lovely bar owners and local people. First Choice refused to help as we had left the hotel instead of sleeping there and contacting them in the morning for a resolution!! They really expected us to sleep in a filthy hovel until they opened the following morning.
First Choice really have damaged their brand by having places like this on their books, I will never use Tui again. In this age of Internet travel platforms you are really making a mistake being so complacent about your brand and customers, it is so easy to book a holiday using Booking.com and Skyscanner apps and you will have a much better experience and save yourself some money too.

All weekend I have tried to look at my options of amending my holiday due to an unforseen commitment that cannot be avoided.
Tried the manage online booking... kicks me out when I press continue after picking an alternative holiday.
Tried the Web chat, obviously its an existing booking and First Choice have my money so I cant get past the chat bot. More surprisingly given that a customer has left a similar review here on the 11th August...
What wasn't a surprise is that when I clicked "New Booking" - because im a firm believer in Curiousity killed the cat - in spoke to an agent within minutes.
However my joy was shortlived. Said agent was not helpful. Explained my situation and was told I cant transfer you and these are the Customer Service and promptly left the chat.
In a world of reliance upon Web based support, First Choices is quite frankly shocking. Unless youre a "new customer" in which case... theyre readily available to take your money. I requested the transcript of said chat, its not come through yet. Not remotely surprised at this either.
Cant wait to finally get hold of someone who will then want to charge me £200 amendment fees after this absolutely nonsensical display of customer service.
This is the 2nd Holiday we have booked with First Choice, will be something of a miracle if we even entertain a 3rd time.
Good job im not non-verbal. When all im being signposted to is a phone number. By a webchat agent. Or am I non verbal and hence the need for web based support. Appalling customer service.

Ordered two sofas , spoke to customer services about placing an order which promptly sorted out the problem. The sofas arrived on the scheduled date and time. A quick delivery within days.pleased with quality they look exactly like the pictures. Have used this company before same excellent service.

Have not booked a holiday for about 10 years but always wanted to stay at the cliff bay hotel when we waking past it and the reviews made me book my wife past away 5 years ago so I will have found memory's of the island when I am there.

We had one of the best holidays so far!!!
First time booking with First Choice, a holiday in Playa Del Carmen, staying at RIU Tequila. It was truly magical and worth every penny.
Before the holiday, we had some issues with my girlfriend's inbound flight due to miscommunication. Because my girlfriend was flying from a different country and she was meeting me at the airport, we had been told that this was okay, but unfortunately was okay only with TUI flights, not with British Airways (which our booking had ). Therefore, I found out 1 month before the holiday that I needed to spend extra money to buy an extra ticket for my girlfriend's inbound flight, which was a burden. Luckily, the lovely customer service team from TUI and First Choice solved the issue for me after a couple of phone calls and emails, and therefore, they made our customer experience truly great. Is lovely to see that there are still companies out there that care about their customers.
Coming back to our holiday, apart of the great experience provided prior holiday, we had a GREAT time, the hotel (RIU Tequila) was very clean, and amazing overall. We were well informed at all times, and we have been provided with ways of contacting First Choice if something went wrong (First Choice app). Thank you very much, First Choice, for making our holiday memorable, and we are looking forward to booking with you again!

We went to Secrets Wild Orchid , Jamaica for 2 glorious weeks. FC was by far the best price with the reassurance of being TUI all inclusive provider. The TUI flights were great, the check in and fast track was good. Only the lounge was lacking as we went for the cheaper option which I would not recommend.
Overall very happy, the TUI rep was on site a few days each week, we never meet them as we had no need. We don’t like a tour of the resort, we explore ourselves. Everything was perfect. We had an Ocean view room, well worth the upgrade,it was beautiful. We have no problems with FC.
We have booked another all inclusive for one week at the end of September. And are also looking at 2026 already. I’m like the fact you can pay as much or as little as you wish, we have mostly paid for our next all inclusive and next pay day we will make the final payment. Recommend FC for all, inclusive

Firstly booked fine 9 months ago and paid upfront within 2 months. Then the problem started with the app would not let me book seats and also said I had money on account which I tried to use to book seats, kept failing so was asked to call. On call I was spoken to like I was making it up , luckily I took pictures of the app/account. I was told I had no balance I need to pay for selecting seats. So I complained a second time and spoke to someone who tried to fob me off with the app is having problems, so while he was still online I went into first choice website, I was able to book seats using the balance I kept insisting it was showing, the gentleman sounded shocked and even though I got email confirming booked seats, he insisted thats not possible within minutes he had me log out so he could log into MY account and cancelled seats back off and insisted I paid the £120, I complained but to no avail. I am so annoyed , had no apologies, no money off, no one had ever explained apart from lies to cover up a massive problem with app and website, and considering he went into my account and deleted what ever he wants included confirmed seats is worrying to say the least. Should be called Last Choice and not First Choice, never again. Such a greedy company with no ethics.
