Helpful in adversity
I had a disappointing experience yesterday when I phoned so was not in the best mood when I contacted today. Hannah dealt with the issues sensitively, and sorted out the problems, She then gave me some helpful advice and as a result I have increased the cover and renewed the policy all in one go. Throughout she was very patient and helpful.

This company were very thorough
This company were very thorough, and they made the process easy. My only issue is that they contacted me (through a third party), and then I was put on hold for quite a long time before I was put through. I do realise it must be a bit tricky co-ordinating something like that.
