Great company
Great company. Gave good advice. Did a 3D diagram of how the fireplace and fire would fit. Also prompt delivery and only paid once the fire surround was in place. Thinking now of changing the hearth and back panel. Just need to get the measurements.

What a stunning fireplace
What a stunning fireplace. Had to wait just over a month for delivery but that did have Christmas shutdown in that time. But wow, well worth the wait. Absolutely beautiful. Amazing finish and super quality. Tilly was always quick to reply to any emails and enquiries and so helpful.

Had great customer service from this company. However the electric fire purchased with the suite stopped working after 3 months. The manufacturer of the fire sent a new one, which has stopped working after one week. To say I’m fuming is an understatement.

Totally brilliant (aka OakFireSurrounds)
We ordered a rustic oak surround with granite hearth and back panel. Not sure which finish best matched our other furniture we also ordered some samples which arrived next day and we emailed back to request the golden beeswax. We were kept informed of progress at every step. A little over a week from ordering everything was delivered safely to our living room.
We are very very pleased with this purchase and fully recommend Designer Fireplaces / Oak Fire Surrounds.

Fantastic customer service
I was worried about ordering a fireplace on line without actually having seen it. I had great email chat with a young lady and she even asked me to send photos of the furniture I was trying to match. I was also worried about measuring for the right size but again I had great help with this. The fireplace arrived and I was totally delighted with it. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.
