‘Classy’ beam!
Good choice of mantel shelf styles and finishes. Straightforward ordering procedure and swift delivery. Delighted with the beam which has been admired by family and friends. It has really set-off our newly installed wood burning stove.

What a truly great company
What a truly great company, free samples delivered next day. Helpful gent on the phone as I needed a custom size. Only cost £50 extra for that and then delivered in a week. Exactly right, fitted perfectly and looks fantastic. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Thank you for your feedback. We always strive to provide exceptional customer service, as shown by our 2,700+ positive reviews that reflect our honesty and customer-focused approach. In your case, we made multiple attempts over four months to contact you for payment, including emails, phone calls, text messages, and recorded letters, but we received no confirmation of a cheque being sent or any response.
Unfortunately, with no resolution after these efforts, we were left with no option but to forward the matter to the courts. We regret that it came to this and would have much preferred a response to resolve the issue directly.
Update 14/09/2024: Regarding the false claims of harassment made by Mr. Eric/Nick Peace which have been added to his review after we offered a replacement. We would like to clarify again, that our intention was to address his concerns professionally and to offer a full refund or replacement.

Fantastic mirror
I had ordered a fire surround recently from this company and loved it so much, I decided on a matching mirror. There was a mirror in the same range, but not with a wavy edge. I contacted them and they were amazing and said they can make that for me. The mirror arrived today with all the fixtures and it was absolutely stunning, matching the fireplace perfectly. It’s not often you come across a company with such great customer service. Totally recommend.

Great Customer service
Designer fireplaces were quick to respond to any queries i had about the fire and the came within the timeframe they suggested. Had a slight Mark on the boot of the surround, replacement sent straight away, Great service.

Excellent service
The oak mantle we ordered arrived damaged by the courier, I emailed Designer fireplaces with photos of damage, a new mantle was made and delivered within the week by there own driver. Excellent service and highly recommended.

The delivery driver delivered the mantel to the room which pleased my wife due to its weight. The mantel is of great quality and looks fantastic in position.

A fantastic service and quality products. Our hearth was measured precisely to our specifications and the fire surround fitted perfectly too.
An excellent, friendly and supportive team regarding our particular fireplace. It was never too much trouble to ask questions and having free samples was a massive help in deciding what we wanted. I would highly recommend using this company.
