Brilliant service
I contacted Finamply through Rightmove, and I got a phone call from Ben Scott straight away. As a first time buyer, I had no idea what the process for buying a house was, but Ben talked me through everything I needed to know very clearly and patiently. At the time, our circumstances changed and we had to put the house hunting on hold; Ben was very understanding and said I could contact him at any point if things changed. A month or two later we found a house, and we contacted Ben, who got in touch straight away, and we went from viewing the house to having the mortgage accepted within two weeks. Ben and the team were there for all of my questions and concerns, and they do all of the chasing, whether it’s estate agents, solicitors, or anything else. They have made the whole process as stress free as possible. Fabulous service, and our fee includes lifetime membership for if we ever decide to move in future or remortgage, which is amazing! Thanks Ben and the rest of the Finamply team 👏

It was ok, job got done eventually
It was ok, important information wasn't passed on for 2 weeks, even tho I was in constant communication and sending asked for paperwork during that time, very stressful time, and it was very much avoidable. They have finally sorted out a mortgage.
