Portfolio Landlord review

As an experienced portfolio landlord, I have had a lot of dealings with mortgage providers /services over the years and Aimee and her team have taken me a bit by surprise and I can say I am impressed.
With the support of Lauren and Reece, they very quickly identified some good rates and legals, rolled up their sleeves and got on with it… a real starter / finisher team.
Communication is excellent, market knowledge is on point and keeping matters on track for timely completions are all part of what I would consider to be a 369 service. They also just happen to be straightforward and nice!

Very helpful and a seamless transaction

As my mortgage deal is coming up I went to these guys as I used them 5 years ago. I’m glad i returned, the whole process was very straightforward. My broker Eva was very helpful from the initial call I told her why I wanted to and a ballpark budget I wanted to pay. I was coming off a very low rate and was very nervous of what was going to happen. Eva came back to me with a great option and in the grand scheme of things was very reasonable. She made get could of been a very stressful time very plain sailing.

A piece if cake

They were so helpful, everything was easy and made very simple. They were both always at the end of an email or phone, very prompt with replies. Can't thank them enough. We will highly recommend them.

Brilliant!

Being a first time buyer I was nervous and sceptical about starting the process. This was met with overwhelming support and consideration from the team. I had everything explained to me in a easy to understand format and they did a great job at keeping communication open providing me with multiple options. Couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Absolutely amazing

Katie Crinall was amazing

Katie Crinall was extremely helpful throughout the whole house buying process. We used Finamply for the first time…

We used Finamply for the first time during the purchase of our first home. We was appointed the lovely Jessica Pym, and Lauren Clubb.
From the start Jess was open and transparent with the whole process, we had a lot of set backs on our journey yet they never gave up and really dedicated to getting us our home. The communication was excellent and the compassion and understanding was amazing as well as the commitment. I would highly recommend Finamply and would use again in the future. It’s the first time I’ve bought a…

It’s the first time I’ve bought a house, and doing it with Finamply has been very easy. My mortgage adviser, Iain, has done a great job with me, especially because English is not my first language, but he has been very patient. I’m really grateful for that.

I think choosing Finamply to find my mortgage has been the best decision I could have made. They explain everything clearly and look for the best mortgage for your current situation. I honestly have nothing bad to say about this team — I don’t think I could have found anything better.

Personally, I believe doing the mortgage directly with banks is much more complicated: there are fewer options and they make things harder. With Finamply, the range of possibilities is much wider, and if there’s any issue, they simply find a solution.

I’ve had a great experience with Finamply, especially with Iain. Thank you so much for your patience. If I ever buy again, I wouldn’t hesitate to do it with Finamply.

Better communication needed

Although our offer came through today after 3 weeks, almost a week was wasted due to our first point of contact not telling us our paperwork was missing/incomplete half an hour before our mortgage meeting. I’d sent in the paperwork 5 days prior to this.
