I purchased an engagement ring from Fetheray online. I live in Japan so sadly didn't have the chance to visit them in person. I narrowed it down to three rings from the website.... its hard to imagine what a ring might look like on your finger just by looking at photos online. I contacted them by email to ask for more detailed measurements so i could try to better gauge the size and how they might sit on my finger. Pip and Helen replied instantly with extremely detailed sizing (photos with precision rulers) and... the best part... high quality videos of them wearing the rings so I could see them from all angles. This was beyond my expectations and really helped me to make a decision. The ring came beautifully wrapped and because i am in Japan Pip and Helen very kindly extended the returns period incase I wasn't 100% happy with the ring. It's gorgeous and I couldn't be happier. I'll definitely be shopping at Fetheray again!

The company was easy to contact and very responsive. They gave a reassuring update about the progress of my package, although I was able to track it via the Royal Mail and USPS. The parcel arrived here in the western US long before all my Christmas cards that were posted at a similar time.
The locket was in a lovely gift box and exactly as advertised. Definitely recommend Fetheray.
