Was in the market for a birthday present, something elegant and not High Street and maybe with a hint of swimming-against-the-stream. And whilst my neck of the woods we used to be able to go to King Street in Manchester or the Trafford Centre do ‘shopping’ at nice shops, odd shops, now its all tat designed to appeal the ‘yellow gold’ people… And so, in time, i found myself at the Fetheray site. Initially i was drawn to some slightly baroque pearls set as earrings, asked if they were 'charming' odd or 'off-putting' odd, and after some to and fro, the wisdom of Pippa came to the conclusion that I'd probably find them annoying so she recommended another pair which i purchased. The earrings are simply exquisite when my partner's wearing them. (Which is often.)

It was unsettling to make such a purchase online, but the staff was very helpful and friendly, and it also felt reassuring that Fetheray has a physical location. I bought a beautiful diamond ring from Fetheray. The price was very good and Helen and Pip were so helpful. The communication was great and it was wrapped so beautifully I felt bad unwrapping it! It came with a cloth and jewellery instructions and a lovely chocolate so thoughtful! They really made purchasing from them a delight. Would definitely recommend and cannot wait to purchase more gorgeous jewels in the near future.

This is a gorgeous shop run by a lovely team who know what they are doing. The quality of pieces is really second to none. And the choice of items is truly incredible. Definitely a place for the discerning eye. The jewellery is packaged with love and care and if any adjustments are required then this can be arranged through discussion without fuss. If you are going to the Lanes, this is definitely one shop in which to spend time.

I found a very special piece at Fetheray and my experience purchasing with them was fantastic. These jewelers have a keen eye and are knowledgeable about the details of each beauty in their inventory. International shipping went without a hitch. Pip and Helen are communicative and friendly at every stage of the process.

We came in looking for an engagement ring and I was super nervous. I was put at ease straight away and after trying on a few they found the perfect one for me within our budget that wasn't much. Its stunning. They resized within a few hours too.
