Such an amazing experience from start to finish! I can’t recommend this place and the owners enough. I was left some money by my nanny and I wanted to buy something I would wear forever- as soon as I found the platinum eternity ring on the website I knew it was the one. Ordering was so easy and they even changed the size for me… all within a couple of days from buying I was wearing my beautiful ring. I’m a bit of a sucker for nice packaging but opening to parcel was a really lovely experience too. So beautifully wrapped with bows, bags and ribbons- the details were ‘chefs kiss’ … not to mention the chocolates.

Planning a trip to Brighton in March and this place is on top of my list of places to visit.

If you’re a bit nervous about buying jewellery online and you don’t live near Brighton- don’t be! This shop is wonderful and I promise you won’t be disappointed

This is the second piece of jewellery I’ve bought from Fetheray. This time I bought an antique gold chain which is the perfect length for my Edwardian locket. The chain is exactly as described and shown in the online photographs. The item arrived beautifully gift wrapped and quickly via registered post.

Pip & Helen were wonderful to work with throughout the whole process. I had questions about a piece, which they answered thoroughly and provided additional images of the item. Once the transaction was complete, it was sized and shipped out promptly to the US. There was a snafu with it getting stuck in customs and they worked with me and the shipping company to get it sorted. They were so friendly and had great communication, especially considering the 6 hour time difference.
It's a little scary ordering an expensive piece of jewelry without having seen it in person, but it arrived safely and as pictured. I love that my wedding ring is unique, vintage and comes with a history!
