The most outstanding experience to date with so much patience about answering questions, allowing ample thinking time enabling a good decision that was aligned with both head and heart, although the earrings stole my heart 💞 a very attentive update at each step of the process and of course the most joyful communication which surpasses all interactions I've had when selecting an item of jewellery. And if all that wasn't enough the arrival of the item was an experience like no other! The opening, the package the attention to every possible detail created an unforgettable and magical memory. What a joy! Thank you so much for all the effort you put in. It was appreciated very much!

Fantastic Service

I am delighted with my diamond ring which I purchased from Fetheray. It is exactly as described and I feel that I am wearing something unique and so special. I had been looking for an art deco style diamond ring and found Fetheray’s website. After initial concerns about not being able to try or see the ring as I live 5 hours away, I contacted by email. The customer service was the best I have ever experienced. I was able to order the ring with no obligation to keep it if I didn’t like it and Helen and Pip sent out a sizing ring so that if I was happy I could return for free resizing. The whole process was very easy and risk free and also fast! I would happily buy something from here again. I have now worn the ring and received many compliments.
