I have completely lost confidence in Fetch.

This is not an isolated incident. Back in November, a driver delivered one of my packages to the wrong apartment and even took a photo of it at the wrong door. Despite the photo clearly showing it wasn’t delivered to my apartment, Fetch concluded that they had done nothing wrong.

Then, in May, another package was never logged into the Fetch system after it was received, creating unnecessary delays and confusion.

Now, this week alone, two separate packages containing Polo shirts have gone missing. My first package was marked as delivered but Fetch later told me they couldn’t locate it. Amazon sent a replacement, and that package disappeared as well.

What concerns me even more is that the delivery photos were inconsistent. Earlier that same day, another Fetch driver photographed a delivery directly in front of my apartment door. The replacement package, however, was photographed from much farther down the hallway. When I questioned the discrepancy, I was told it could have been due to a signal issue with the app.

While Fetch has opened a claims process, I expected a thorough investigation into these repeated incidents—not just another reimbursement request.

After multiple delivery issues over several months, including packages delivered to the wrong location, packages not being logged, and now repeated missing packages, I no longer trust Fetch with my deliveries. I hope the company takes stronger measures to ensure packages are handled securely and investigates these incidents more thoroughly.

Fetch will lose your packages without compensation

Fetch will lose your packages and will never compensate you. They stole 10K+ worth of medicines from me and only avoided communications and obfuscated the issue.
The delivery woman said the package was delivered but it never arrived. This being a big box of perishable items that need refrigeration. Avoid this packaging service if you can.
If they say here they have address my concerns I assure you that they have not. I would avoid to live in any building that requires using this service.

Update: A month later they avoid responding to emails and of course you cannot call them. They do their best to avoid compensating the 10K this cost me. They only AI generate vacuous automatic responses like the one below. I see many people have lost a lot of things of value without compensation. I think this might be ripe for a class action lawsuit. I do not know if this is a possible forum for people to connect and make that happen.

Lost package is a total loss with no support from Fetch

Package dropped off by Amazon with a picture shows delivered. They weren’t in the office so didn’t take custody of the package and someone came and took (stole) the package. Fetch unwilling to help. Wouldn’t use if I wasn’t forced my apartment.

The absolute worst delivery service

The absolute worst delivery service. I recently had an important same day delivery which I’m forced to send to Fetch. It gets delivered and Fetch plays dumb , claiming they don’t have it. Their customer service, which poorly uses AI prompts — they said it would be delivered the next day. The next day comes and they cancel my delivery. So to recap Amazon same day delivery turned into 3 days of waiting because Fetch absolutely sucks. And I’ve written to help at fetch.com , 0 response. I hate that I have to use this company.

WARNING

WARNING: do NOT use this service. MY first and LAST time using this, and the only reason why I did is because my new apartment building including this service as a MANDATORY fee in the rent price (bullcrap!). Anyway, the first time I used it, my packages were lost/stolen. They don't even have a customer service phone number, the app is a joke, and the only way to contact them is through email. A bunch of different reps (that clearly don't communicate with each other) reply to your email thread asking over and over again for the same information. SO SO SO BAD! One of my packages was equipment for my work that I had to come out of pocket for, and the other package was a gift from a dear friend. What a circus for a company!!! I am still in the process of at least getting monetary compensation.

I’ve had a very frustrating experience…

I’ve had a very frustrating experience with Fetch package service. There has been a lot of misinformation about the status of packages, and getting clear answers is nearly impossible. I was told my package was not there and was advised to contact the shipper, even though the delivery photo clearly showed it had been delivered to their facility. Later the story changed and the time they claimed it was found kept changing as well.

On top of that, customer support is extremely poor. It’s difficult to get real assistance, and when you do, there is little accountability when incorrect information is given. Instead of acknowledging the mistake, the responses feel like they are trying to avoid responsibility.

Unfortunately, residents at my apartment complex are required to use Fetch, so we don’t have the option to choose another delivery method. If I had a choice, I would not use this service again.

Overall, the lack of transparency, poor communication, and absence of accountability make this a very disappointing service.

Extremely Poor Customer Service….

I have been trying to resolve an issue with Fetch for weeks regarding a package that was delivered to their facility. After the package arrived there, it essentially disappeared. I submitted a claim and contacted customer support multiple times, but no one has responded or provided any meaningful update.

What makes this even more frustrating is that many apartment buildings require residents to use Fetch as their package delivery system, leaving tenants with no choice but to rely on this service. When something goes wrong, there appears to be little accountability and almost no way to reach someone who can actually help.

It is unacceptable to handle people’s packages without proper customer support or communication. Residents trust this service with expensive and important deliveries, yet getting help when a problem occurs seems nearly impossible. I strongly hope Fetch improves their support and response times because this experience has been incredibly disappointing. Now they lost my package my grandmother sent me and it’s absolutely ridiculous…

Lost one package, so they broke another.

They mis-delivered a gift from my father last week, which now I'll never get back. While the resolution process is pending, they delivered a package that had clearly been stomped on and the contents broken, ruining that and everything else in the same package. Feels pretty intentional and retaliatory. I cannot imagine why anyone would intentionally subject themselves to this cancer.

STUPID APP….

I was accepted to deliver as a driver for fetch LAST YEAR but cant seem to grab a BLOCK YET…. messaged customer service and they played dumb like they didn't know what i was talking about…. im just going to delete my account…

Stay away if you can.

Fetched seemed to figure out how to make online shopping less convenient. The service adds many unnecessary delays. The service is very inconsistent. On top of all that it seems like the delivery drivers are very over worked.

I was registered as a delivery driver…

I was registered as a delivery driver for this company and they canceled 2-3 blocks of mine ‘due to low volume’ then deactivated my account. When I contacted support they told me I could reapply in six months… after googling reviews it seems this company is a terrible one doing this to drivers more often than they’ll admit. What they don’t understand is I needed those 5 blocks this week. That $270. I have kids to feed and a sick animal to take care of and they want me to wait 3-5 business days to even hear a decision about my account? I will not be appealing and I will not be recommending this platform to anyone I know ever. If I could give it negative stars I would give it -3.

They missed one of my package

They missed one of my package. And I text and emailed and no one answered me to let me know if they have my package. Amazon told me they delivered all my packages to the front desk. I only got three of my packages. I’m missing one package. And no one help me.

I worked for this company-Horrible

I worked for this company and it was terrible they put way to much on there drivers/delivers cars.I have never worked for a company who was so unorganized and I have helped open a few places(The directions are not clear at all and the instructions are rushed) But anyway I Spent 45 mins(police came because when i tried to open the door it triggered the alarm to the building)They saw my fletch badge and the huge overside box and a few packages and held me while they called the manager(they owned 3 buildings all right by each other with the same name) all while I was at the address fletch sent me to.The Manager said there is no access to this building you have to leave it accross the street in the mail room.I knew right then this will be my last time working with this company and this company going to blame me for this even though I contacted them to tell them eveeything as it was happening.Im 5'4 and they gave me a few huge-big boxes with about 25 other packages/small boxes and some key fobs and half of them did not work then you have to scan a code in garage of some of thw buildings so you will not charged...I also had to have a marker as I scanned the packages to write customers door numbers on them.It was a crazy mess....they sent me a violation 3 days later and blocked me from accepting and said they would contact me within 48 hours and on the 10th day after no communication that was my last straw I asked to be deleted and for them not to sale my information.(I went ahead and resigned)for the packages I had to leave in the mail room as instructed by Manager who would not allow access to the building where police had me I told you about earlier.All of this for $75.00 bucks No ty I know my worth.I told everyone that I recommended before this company is a no go.

The WORST

Delayed, missed and unreliable delivery service. This company is clearly over their heads. Maybe once a good business model but they took on way more than they could chew. The result is a disaster. One out of four packages is either late, missing, or delivered to the wrong unit. Warehouse and delivery workers are either overworked, incompetent or both. Shame on this company for making promises it can't keep. And for residents who are required by their buildings to pay for and use this service, it's a complete scam.
