Really beautiful abaya

Really beautiful abaya. Next day shipping. Great material quality. My only concern was my abaya has a floral embroidery pattern stuck on the end. the embroidery has lifted so I bought glue and stuck it down. I haven’t worn it yet but I know that the embroidery won’t last. Next time I’ll buy one without a pattern

The quality of the items are brilliant…

The quality of the items are brilliant and the customer service is first class. I have always been complimented with a Feradje garment on. I have become a loyal customer because you can find an outfit for literally every occasion.

Express delivery £7 but still took…

Express delivery £7 but still took quite long to arrive - not pleasing on slow delivery

I posted a review in 2018 and got a reply in 2020.
The reply doesn’t really help. You’ve now reviewed your delivery fee but any thought on refunding me anything in return due to not a customer friendly service. I don’t think to recommend to anyone or buy myself in the future if this is the service that I’m going to receive.

Hi AM, we are really sorry to hear that you had paid £7 for express delivery but it took a while to arrive. As delivery is carried out by a third-party, at times there could be delays with the delivery company which are beyond our control, but we do aim to ship all orders within the next working day.

With that said, we have looked into this incident and revised our shipping rates, so that customers would now have more delivery options when purchasing from FERADJE. We do hope that you would continue to shop from FERADJE.com in the future!

Never agan!!!!!!

Received dispatch email with tracking details then told item was out of stock and a substitute was sent. Protested and was told the order had not been sent yet. Had to insist on a refund but got a lot of haggling attempts. Don't put out of stock items on the website then make customers have to argue for a refund. Need to double check I got my money back as it apparently takes three days. Waste of time and too much stress. Don't email and phone asking me what I want you yo do when you've taken my money. Awful experience. Never again.

Nice and imppressive service

- Great contact and available service sometimes, very nice team and designer.
- Good sale bargains are held often.
- Though I didn't recieve the delivery yet due to issues related to the delivery company. The team and the designer kept on contacting me to make sure that I recieve it and be satisfied.
