Ben from Fat Buddha provided such a wonderful service from start to finish. He went into great detail and is clearly incredibly knowledgable and talented at web design and using shopify themes. He was in regular contact providing detailed updates and nothing was too much trouble. I love the finished site and couldn't be happier with it! huge thanks to Ben!

I absolutely love my website after using Ben. I already had a shopify website that I set up myself but there were several features and changes I wanted and I wasn't sure how to do them. After searching the internet, I found Ben and noticed he had great reviews. I don't usually see reviews for web companies so this is what drew me in. I was shocked at how reasonable the price was as I had previously been quoted twice the price. I was very particular in what I wanted and he managed to complete everything and it was everything I had hoped for. Overall, it was a great experience.

I'm an artist and I approached Ben so set up the ecom side of my website and to move over to Shopify from Squarespace. I was very particular on the aesthetics. Ben was incredibly patient and achieved exactly what I requested. Couldn't recommend him more highly.

Huge thanks to Ben. I was setting up a new retail business and although I knew lots about what I was going to be selling, that is about all I knew. I had zero experience of building websites and was very nervous about this aspect of setting things up. Ben immediately made me conformable. He explained everything in a way I could understand, suggested things I would need to think about and from the very start obviously had huge experience with the Shopify platform. He understood the apps, what the would do and how to make the most out of them and had suggestions for what would make the user experience better from a customer point of view. He raised issues with the developers when needed in an articulate way which meant they were sorted very quickly and kept to our agreed timeline and targets along the way. He was also very well priced for the work he did and I would not think twice about going back to him for more work or recommending him to other friends (which I have already done). Ben is a superstar, he is extremely hardworking, calm, down to earth and patient especially with difficult clients like ourselves, who demand a lot and ask many questions.
It wasn't an easy website to develop at all due to the complexity of the products and making it all work in sync. However Ben pulled it off and the look and feel of the website is amazing and far better than what we had imagined.

What I like with Ben is that he wants the end product to be as good as possible. He won't rush a job just to get it finished with hidden issues. Once the website is done Ben won't just hand you the keys and let you go.

He will make sure that there is no bugs a few days after launch and also show you how to make changes and add products etc. This is key as it is no good just to find someone to build you a website and you're left on your own.

Ben will explain step by step any areas you are unsure of few days after launch so you can manage it. He even set up so everything would sync with google ads.

Ben goes far beyond to make the customer happy, if you email him about anything he won't say no, that is not possible. He will give it a shot to see if it can be achieved and come back with alternatives.

Ben has just completed my website, Canine Natural Cures.

We have over 100 products and some quite complicated upsells and variants on it. We were also migrating from a little known platform to Shopify and the migration process was not straightforward.

However from the outset Ben went above and beyond to create a website which we have just launched. Nothing was too much trouble for him and he was always responsive. We launched over a bank holiday weekend and even though there were quite a few teething problems he never gave up and we are absolutely delighted with the outcome.

Most importantly. the website he has created is already delivering. The conversion rate is signficantly improved, the abandoned basket rate reduced and it looks and works incredibly quickly and efficiently.
