This guy is worth his weight in gold!! I had a very outdated website that I was actually getting a little embarrassed about and I knew sales could be better so I contacted Ben and he was really quick to get back to me and answer my queries. I had a vague idea of what I wanted, the main thing being to increase the conversion rate so Ben sent a few Shopify themes as suggestions and advised on what we could do with them. I chose one and Ben has made it look spectacular, a website to be proud of. He was so patient with me as well as I do go on and off projects that I'm working on but it didn't take him long at all to create. It went live and conversion rate went up overnight and has remained much higher than normal.
