Excellent service and a superb product, gradually replacing all my existing pans.

The 18cm saucier is a fantastic pan. The copper and steel both have the highest quality finish. Apart from stunning looks, the pan is functionally excellent, with unsurpassed thermal reactivity and very even heating.

I had been coveting this 28cm Wok for quite a while as it had the smaller handles on either side and came with the steamer insert. Firstly, the pan is just as beautiful as any other Falk product. Plus, it has a really sturdy section of flat base that means it is very stable on the hob. From reading info of woks in general online I pre warm the wok, then pour a little oil around the walls so that it greases the sides rather that sits in the base. the gentle sides mean that things really don't stick when you are stirring things around, but they are steep enough that you don't flick something out of the pan. I have yet to try the steamer insert but I can see already how useful this will be. It is also a great dish to serve up large portions of other things like pasta or salad, as there is plenty of space to stir and mix. Finally..... yet again thee Falk pans are by far the easiest pans I have ever used to wash up. 5 mins of hot water soaking while still on the hob while we eat dinner, and then everything just wipes off. I couldn't be a bigger fan of this FANTASTIC company.

8cm & 10cm copper saucepans - perfect in every way - mini versions of the bigger saucepans - I am using the 8cm pan for warm mustard sauce to serve at the table and 10cm pan with lid for extra gravy to serve at the table - they both look so good! I am so glad that I decided to buy Falk Culinair copper pans - they are a thing of beauty, clean up really well and are so much fun to cook with!
