SO TERRIBLE CSO ! Spoke to 3 CSOs today and they didn't understand what are CDC vouchers!!! One claimed that CDC voucher is only for senior citizens.

Tried whole day to speak to a CSM but to no avail !!!

When I ordered online delivery, they delivered 2 cartons of soymilk which were to expire in 3 days !!!! I was forced to drink 3 -5 cups per day in order to beat the expiry date !

Good that there is new competition from the supermarket taking over Cold Storage/ Giant. Looking forward to that !

Meanwhile, will travel to Sheng Siong to shop for groceries.

Ordered halal kampung chicken along with items. They cancelled it and sent Australian pork ribs. Spoke to customer service person, she is reluctant to listen and offered $10 vouchers. Even I said we are Muslims and it was very disappointing, but she was not ready to listen and nobody care to talk to us

Did not deliver 2 bottles of milk and 2 bottles of probiotics drink
Refused to refund. Want to deliver again? Told them already ordered from cold storage. Still insisting on redelivery.... ao many emails. They have nothing else to do but insisting on redelivery

Hi i would like to compliment the staff at Kallang Wave NTUC for her excellent service, she went above and beyond in taking care of the customer needs. Was very impressed with her attitude towards rendering her help with us last night. Great job Vithya

Poorest online delivery I have come across. No show for order, postpone delivery and then remove the items from the order because they are out of stock or out of the promotion period. Despite the free delivery fee, they impose another fee for service.

Previous order of fresh product received were not fresh and in bad shape.

What is going on with NTUC???

I want to give compliments to 2 staff of NTUC Finest at Amk Branch. Cashier Saleha n Supervisor Tan Siew Bee. I wanted to use up my CDC Vouchers but I forgot n tabbed my card instead. They were so patient, calm & helpful in helping to void my card payment so I could pay using the vouchers. Thumbs up to Siew Lay & Saleha👍👍👍 Good Job.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with Fairprice Online Grocery Delivery. I placed an order on 16/12/24 adn this was to be delivered between 4-6pm., Not only did the delivery never arrived but there was no calls or information regarding the non delivery.., I reached out to customer service only to encounter that the hotline operating hours is only from 9am to 6 pm.

When i was able to finally reach the customer service of Fairprice after several attempts, they claimed that the delivery was attempted at 4.59pm but " customer was not in". The condo has a full time day guard and after checking the records, there was no such delivery between 4-6pm. My attempts to reach the customer service supervisor was dismissed.
Altogether a bad experience.

Why did NTUC Fairprice staff in Hougang Cape View outlet say blueberries for 3x boxes @$7.95 (South Africa) are no more on promo price when it is advertised in Straits Times weekly & online? This happened this weekend.
The fruits were charged at regular price! Why is that so? Please explain the change of price here.

The durians sold by the durian vendor is not what was advertised. They normally advertised premium durians such as Musang King, Black Thorn, Red Prawn, D24, King of Kings when in actual fact they are inferior Thai durians. Some are really awful in taste, either too hard or wet.
Fairprice should really do something about this vendor as they misrepresent and spoil the reputation that Fairprice has built.

Very bad Farm Fresh Japanese Variety Sweet Potato from Bedok Mall NTUC FairPrice.
Very disappointed with this Farm Fresh Japanese Variety Sweet Potato purchased from Bedok Mall NTUC FairPrice.
The quality of the Farm Fresh Japanese Variety Sweet Potato is really bad because after I peeled off the skin, I found that 40% of the flesh in the sweet potato was hardened. Not only did the flesh change, but it immediately oxidized and turned gray and black after peeling off the skin. The quality of this Farm Fresh Japanese Variety Sweet Potato is much worse than the Malaysian potatoes sold in the wet market. I don’t know if it’s because the buyers of NTUC fairprice have no knowledge and understanding of the quality and product of this Farm Fresh Japanese Variety Sweet Potato. From now on, I will never buy this kind of potato again because the biggest victims are the consumers.
However your Fairprice team replied me and said you were not able to publish it as it did not meet our guidelines.
What is this because my reviews were negative so you’re not able to publish it 😓😓😓

BAD:
- selling prime & feastables + a lot of snacks
- confusing, changing layout
- some outlets have black ceilings + tiny description plaques = hard to find certain things

GOOD:
- many outlets
- most staff are kind + nice
- multiple self-checkout stations
- all essential items avaliable

Blk 2, Jalan Bukit Merah NTUC fair price. I bought fish balls in a packet (transparent packet, fish balls emersed in water), when I cooked it up, it tasted sour and unwholesome! Also, very limited products. Products that are cheap have been taken off the shelves and placed with more expensive but same products. Several times I wanted to buy frozen chicken but was told, "out of stock". I find this to be rediculous as we all know that frozen chicken is in abundance. The person ordering just couldn't be bothered, it seems!

This NTUC at Tampines block 475 staff was terrible and very rule. I was there around 9am morning to buy lottery, a lady walk in with a good manners and apologize to the staff that she has wrote wrong number can she help to void and key in the number for her? The staff was in a very rule way reply, TAKE BACK YOUR MONEY AND GO WRITE YOUR NEW NUMBER ! The lady then write her number and re-queue again, when come to the lady turn, the staff told her, ITS ONLY $4 dollars so little amount, actually you don't have to void, you can purchase again, the lady just tell her nicely, its belong to someone else, sorry about that and thank you. she keep saying sorry and thank you. But the staff keep nagging at her that the ticket she shouldn't void for her its just a $4 dollars amount !!!!!!!! The staff even gossip to the next customer about what happen to the lady. I feel like walk near and give her a big slap !!! Frankly speaking I have saw a few staff at lottery counter shouting and even scold those elderly, I believe their eyesight is weak, that's why wrote wrong number. If you're the staff is reading this review, PLEASE.. I want to let you know, you may get old 1 day and please don't treat them like nobody else. You maybe worse than them when you get older!!!!! if you think your work make you so frustrated at your age, as you're no longer young too! PLEASE make yourself retired and stay home rest!!!!! And I hope Manager in-charge at NTUC Tampines block 475, please look into it, your few staff is really very rule towards those elderly. Especially those on duty at lottery's counter. Their working attitude is really terrible!!!! I'm no longer young too but at least I know what is RESPECT.

My hubby went to NTUC on 06/08/2024, Blk 399 Yung Sheng Road #01-35 and was served by Ms Low Eng Choo at9.36am, he purchased items like Lemons, bread, fresh eggs, Kiwi fruits and newspaper. Staff issued receipt without the scan code for healthy food purchase and was told there was no printout. I’m surprised if these was dishonesty of the staff behaviour for all customers purchases. Please check and reply and hope this action be rectified for all cashiers across. Thank you.

I bought a garlic and cheese brioche loaf at NTUC supermarket for $6.90. When I took a bite it hardly has any cheese or garlic flavour considering the price which costs more than the usual breads on the shelf .I don't mind paying it just that I am not getting for the ingredients in the loaf.

The online grocery delivery do not even deserve one star. They always do not stick to the delivery timings and leave everything, including perishables at the door step. They don't even ring the bell, knock the door or send a message to say that items have been delivered. Really utterly terrible. Will never order from them again

Miss leading and not able to honor the deal as per their online grocery apps. I have ordered and paid the items with the selected delivery date. However, the reply is that there is no stock and need to cancel and refund me. I checked the apps and the item is still available to purchase online with no indication of no stock. FairPrice should honor the deal since I had utilised my voucher and free delivery rewards. After some justification, they decided to send me at later date but I still received a mail stating in the refund as there are no stock. This kind of misinterpretation really make me sick and disappointed on FairPrice online apps.

The paper trail from a failed on line delivery on 7th May and following numerous emails and calls to their CSR’s considering I had cancelled my order, nothing was done. No apologies or acknowledgment. Only yesterday 30th May was there a mail to acknowledge a refund and honestly I expect another long wait and follow up and all for the price of less then $60. Never again will I patronise them!

I ordered groceries few days before and carefully picked delivery time because I will be away for the weekend. The groceries suppose to deliver on Sunday 8-10 pm. While I was on a trip in Malaysia, I got a long distance call from Singapore, the fair price delivery guy asking if he can deliver early 4-6 pm instead. I said no because I am not going to be in Singapore till 8 pm and some of my groceries are perishable food items and I don’t want it to be left outside at 29 C for hours. I told him it should be deliver 8-10 pm the originally requested time. He understood and hung up.
I never got my groceries when I got home on Sunday night so Monday morning I called customer service, they again promised Monday 12-2 pm my groceries will get deliver to me but it didn’t happen. Not once but twice they failed to deliver. They still haven’t told me when my groceries will be delivered!!

Ordered gocery online, chose a delivery date on my day off, and out of the 16 items I ordered, only 10 came correct. I have 6 missing items and they delivered to me 6 other items that I did not order!
Now, contacting Customer Service is anothr dilemma.
I called the hotline right away to alert them of the missing items and I wanted it delivered on the same day as I will be working in the coming days. They said they will book re -dlivery for the next day.
The next day came, no update from them. So I contacted Customer Servic once again, this time, through online chat.
They said they just received the report today, and will arrange for re-delivery tomorrow 7/5/24 as they have no slot for today! What a joke! Not reliable at all. The stress and waste of time is not worth it! No point opting for Fairprice grocery delivery.
