The worst company I could have an account with. As soon as I won and made a withdrawal, they suspended my account. They have no contact number, and their live chat never responds. Absolute zero.

Joined this site after reading it offered a good new welcome offer. Made my first deposit, no bonus,,connected support who told me no we don't give welcome bonuses, sent screen shot of offer,again was told nope that's fake, we don't give new customer bonuses.

I joined fafabet and deposited £20 with fafabet casino and couldn't see if my bonus was active or not so I used their chat option to try and see if my bonus was active or not and ended up speaking to a bot that kept on repeating the same thing over and over again so I decided to withdraw my £20 pounds. It was pending for a week and eventually I managed to speak to someone via email and was told a 5% fee would be charged to my withdrawal because I deposited and didn't use any money lol they actually took 15% of my withdrawal! SCAMMERS!

Terrible company tried to withdraw my money and said account suspended. I will be taking this further they are thieves never use this site its the pits.

Wow what a crazy scam site this is!

I am a live casino player and my games of choice are blackjack and craps. For me I am fortunate that I can gamble a little higher than the average punter.

So I deposited £2,000 onto Fafabet to play some dice. The moment I opened the table there were restrictions placed so that I could not bet. Fine they wanted documents off me. I have been through KYC checks before and happy to provide the information needed. Although I will add they ask for more than any other site asks for which seems a little off.

Nearly 48 hours later I get a response saying they are going to restrict me playing any table games! So my sole purpose for playing on this site is gone. Understandably after hearing this news I just withdrew my balance as there is no reason to play here.

Five minutes later I am greeted with another email saying because I have not made any financial activity on my account they want to place a 5% charge to get my money. That is £100 just to process a withdrawal!!

My advice to anyone is just do not bother playing here. It is not worth the stress and hassle. We are fortunate that we have plenty of other options out there so go elsewhere. It has cost me £100 to give out this advice so take note.

Hello Everyone, so I’m going to share with you guys my experience, since the reading reviews nearly gave me a death scare. I used Fafabet by mistake as I planned to use PricedUp.bet, for their new player bonus. After already placing 3 bets I realised my mistake, but by that time I had already placed a £51.34 acca on four fold horses that was going to pay out £464. There was a rule 4 in one the race so it adjusted to £444 midway through the betting. Luckily for me, all 4 horses won and when I saw the pay out it was £645, so they had given me best odds for all the horses. Anyway I bet here and there and little on slots and managed to build it up to £1100, then all of a sudden my account gets suspended and I’m asked to provide KYC.

I managed to send them all three, and the response was pretty instant on what I needed to do as I had send screenshots of bank statements, so I send the actual PDF around 10pm and then there is no response. I get a call from unknown number as well at the same time.
Now comes the scary part as I started reading the reviews my heart just sunk, as it was extremely important money for me. So I literally couldn’t sleep all night. By morning 10am, my account was still suspended, and then I flashed another email, after which quickly I could place a small bet, which I couldn’t. So I thought the suspension is lifted but I still couldn’t withdraw the money.
So I send another email and they promptly responded that I should try another browser and try again as the account is now fully active. I did that and withdrew £500, still not believing that I will see the money, but it came within half an hour of withdrawing. So after a little while decided to withdraw the remaining amount as well and it came in a flash too.

I did little dive in to the policy and there are certain terms that everyone is not going to agree, for example 5% fee if you have not bet the whole deposit you made and try to withdraw. But after scary 24 hours, I found the people dealt with the issue professionally and once they were satisfied with what was acceptable from KYC point of view, I did not have any issues like many other people have mentioned here.
If you are having issues, just provide them with proper documentation and don’t panic. I got paid promptly and you will too.
It’s little scary when your account gets held up in the middle but just always remember to have proper documents. Thanks.

Honestly the absolute worst experience I have had I’m no even sure where to start
Firstly I was suspended everytime I played and won and was asked for documents non stop and then I was told that the document where not legitimate

And then I was aloud to play after I lost all the money and then when I won again they said the maximum I win from one spin is £4,000 and I won £5k I then used some of this winning to play and withdraw 2 and they took away £1,000 and statment this in the email so basically they are robbing your money every which way

They are worst casino and I have had a nightmare of a experience with them and like the live chat

After 2 weeks of happily accepting deposits without verifying my identity, I try to withdraw £150 then at that point I was required to give my life away then, I was then asked to provide rejig documents to be able to take over my life includinc my income and proof of my income. All this conveniently asked for after I aaked to withdraw for first time then clashing I flagged internal warnings lmao amen asked what I triggered no answer was given just a very broad non sensical response.

I have already escalated complaints to the UK Gambling Commission, IBAS, and ICO, and I strongly advise anyone else being scammed by FAFABET to do the same.

Scammers qualified for free bets through promos and they have not given them to me they just ignore my emails or say they are looking into it.

STAY AWAY! Won 1650 on the casino. Only saw 500 after jumping through hoops to prove who I was. The fine print in the T&Cs states you can’t win more than 1000x in a day on the casino. Even though pretty much every slot advertised pays more than this! Con artists!

This is an absolute sham of a company. I am not one to write reviews or really take notice of those written by others, but this experience has been a real eye opener for me and I really do recommend staying well clear of these scum bags. All starts well enough when they are taking your money. That's the smooth bit. but as soon as you win, they do anything they can to slow the process down and try to find ways to not pay out. I jumped through all the hoops and got there in the end with them, but there is no contact number, emails are sporadic, their "online chat" doesn't work and they make promises that they do not keep.

I will never spend another penny with these, and currently have an open bet which will win me a grand should it come in in a couple of months, otherwise I would close my account with them. Finger crossed this bet wins and I can have the last laugh at them. Please stay away and spend your hard earned money elsewhere.
