I’ve been with FAFA bet for over 12 months, my account is verified and have always had my winnings paid out. Until yesterday when they suspended my account & took over £1000 from my winnings. They aren’t helping on chat or via email - luckily I have screen shots of everything- if your account gets suspended please ensure you take screenshots of your balance - absolute con artists

Awful fraudulent company who write up nonsense in their terms and conditions to prevent players from winning at their casino.

From their terms and conditions -

7.7.4 You are not permitted to place bets of 25% or more of any deposited amount in a single gaming round. Customers deemed to be adopting such a strategy will have their winnings removed.

This absolutely mental, if you want to place a £10 bet you HAVE to deposit £40 and not use the other £30. I have never seen such a ridiculous policy that is completely made up to screw over users.

Their software doesn't prevent you from staking 25% or more, and they don't have an issue taking your entire stake when you lose your bets but the moment you start winning your account will be suspended, put into a 48 hour review and then told the due to a violation of terms and conditions your winnings have been removed. This has to be one of the biggest cons I've ever seen a bookies attempt and is straight up fraud.

I have escalated to all the relevant bodies and will happily take this to court, fafabet are an absolute disgrace and should be avoided at all costs.

Most disgusting betting company out there. Won 1200 on casino. Account suspended so I had to send documents. Logged back onto the website and my winnings had been taken from me and just my original deposit was sat there. Surely a betting company can't legally just take your winnings from you???

Deposited £100 and turned into over £2000. They refused my withdrawal as I had gambled over 25% of my initial deposit on one single bet. Absolute thieves to the highest level. Gangsters. Didn’t even offer to return my initial deposit. Stay clear if you want your money.

Was allowed to deposit £500 then they wouldn't allow me to use it. When I made contact with them they said I needed to verify my account. I asked for my £500 back and they said they have to charge a fee as I have not used the funds. I can't use the funds because they won't let me. Now money I worked hard for is in their possession and they refuse to give it back to me.

Do not use please avoid at all costs...and it will cost you! Allow you to bet and when you win they hold the money and start asking for all kinds of documents then ask for pictures of your bank card !!! After using Fafabet for a while without any problems (because I had been losing most of the time), I managed to have 3 out of 4 winners in a Lucky15 racing bet. Which put the win so far at around 2.5k! On the Fafabet site I had the option to cash out for just under 3.7k because the 4th horse selection was still active. This is a lot of money to me so I pressed the cash out button..
At this point a notification came up on the screen that my account was suspended, at the same time my email pinged.
The email was from Fafabet saying that they're voiding my Lucky15 despite the fact 3 out of the 4 horse selections had already won and winnings were 2.5k!
This email (pasted at bottom of this review),
said there is a clause where winnings should not be over 25000. I have placed bets with potential wins over that amount (I'm sure 1000s of other punters have too )with Fafabet that never won, THAT WERE NEVER VOIDED! because they were losing bets

Please avoid bothering betting with Fafabet.
If you ever manage to actually have winnings bets for a considerable amount, they will try find a way to not pay you

Here is the copy pasted email I received:

"Upon reviewing your bet placements, we have noted that both your possible payout and cumulative payout exceed the maximum daily payout limit as outlined in our agreed Terms & Conditions, specifically:

Clause 1.25 – Maximum Aggregate Winnings:
"In relation to any sports betting transactions placed through the Services, other than as may be set out in relation to specific markets under the Betting Rules, for any one calendar day (00:00:00 - 23:59:59), the maximum aggregate winnings shall be no greater than £25,000 or the equivalent amount in Your chosen currency. Please note that these restrictions apply regardless of stake."

Due to this breach of T&Cs, we will be taking the necessary actions to void the affected bets and refund the stake value to your account.

We kindly ask that you review our full T&Cs and ensure that your future betting activities remain within the agreed limits. Should you have any further questions, please feel free to contact us."

I deposited a total of £400 and won 1733. And received the below ridiculous email.

Following the KYC completion, we have also reviewed your recent gameplay. During our review, we noted a breach of the agreed Terms and Conditions, specifically Clause 7.7.4, which states:

Upon reviewing your deposit history, your most recent deposit was £150 made on 26/04/2025 at 00:59:28. The gaming session that followed was associated with this deposit. Unfortunately, we found that almost all your stakes during this session exceeded the permitted limit, resulting in a breach of the Terms and Conditions.

Based on this, a total of £1,583 in winnings should have been voided. However, as a gesture of goodwill, we have decided the following:

Refund your full deposit amount of £400.

Void the remaining winnings.

Award you a £500 Casino Bonus, which will be subject to the Terms and Conditions applicable to Casino Bonuses.

This is absolutely absurd! Clearly you are not permitted to win at this fake casino. I will be taking my complaint further. Please avoid

Do not use this casino. One of the worst casinos I've played at.

Won £3900 like everyone else when I came to withdraw my withdrawal function was suspended. Sent all the required ID etc then a phone call to clarify it was me and certain questions with regards to what I was betting on etc. After several hours I was allowed to withdraw received all withdrawals within 24-36 hours.
Did send an email in between to ask about when the withdrawal would be settled and received a reply after a couple of hours saying this had been done.

Won 500 and then after the bonus and it left the game my account had 500 taken from it, seems they just take winnings back and leave your own money there, very concerning and I feel like iv been robbed

After reading the reviews I have to say I have had a good experience with Fafabet. I made a withdrawal which came up with an error, after contacting them it was resolved quickly and after sending them my verification details my withdrawal was completed swiftly.

Read a lot of bad reviews but actually found them very good . Very good responsible gambling attitude . Also my account went under review but was then activated very promptly . I would assume that the positives ( when people don’t complain) probably outweigh the negatives.
