THIS IS THE WORST SITE. you can only bet 25% of your deposit. What is the point to deposit 1000 if you can bet only 250.they said you have a strategy.,but they are the only one with strategy. The WORST gambling site I’ve ever used. I won £110 on the 28th July, pressed withdraw after and said “processing” I thought nothing of it.. a few days later it’s still saying the same thing. Now they have gave me back my £20 deposit but are now saying I have to send them my debit card front and back, a utility bill, my driving license or passport and I don’t feel comfortable doing that.

This is a terrible company and I’m annoyed I even signed up.

I think about it the more I cannot believe how tight a company can be to a loyal customer. Actually 000000000 star but got to click a star to write this very important review. Happened in March 2025. Deposited 65 pounds and won 1614.25 pounds but unfortunately operator refused to pay out and suspended my account by quoting their t & c that bet in a game round must not exceed 25% of my deposit. Very unfair condition as they confirmed and accepted the bet. So in all fairness the winning must be paid. Took the case to IBAS but they are still saying it's still ongoing and IBAS ruled the case in my favour. Received email from IBAS stating that Fafabet did not appeal the case in the stipulated time frame and case is closed confirming verdict in my favour stands. Live chat with a chap called Adrian but no help. Next will be to report Fafabet to UKGC and will also take them to court.

After fews days, dealing disputing to get my money. I end up getting £450 as good gesture from them.
How nice and cute is that.
I spend over £1000 they never use T&C to refund my money, because is fine for them, and when you won ,they will take your money simple like that.
The best thing, is they are negociating with you, for a litle money they are willing to give you back, as a good gesture , if you stop requesting you winning.Plus they asking you to agree and not desputing your case again.

Terrible .. deposited last night and didn’t have any joy .. deposited tonight and kept getting a message to say that I had to visit the cashier and deposit again .
