Do not go by what their site shows in terms of availability.. they will say it will ship in 4-5 business days but my order did not ship for over 3 weeks and after multiple follow ups, their Customer Support sent an email saying the frame is in backorder and it will take another 2-3 weeks for the frames to arrive at their warehouse. I verified their site again and saw that they still have the frame listed as available in 4-5 business days.

This has been the worst experience ever. I ordered a pair of sunglasses on July 5th. To date I have not received anything. I have called weekly and keep getting the run around.

I am beyond pissed and upset. I thought this was a good company to order from but I was wrong!

They told my my order failed the quality inspection, and waited for my order More than a month ... finally when they overnight the order agent almost 2 months, FedEx sent me an update that my order had arrived, but nothing I didn’t received the order looks like it was driver to a warehouse because the message said ... that it was deliver at the shipping and reviving office ... really? Then I called both FedEx and EZ Contacts and they open a case but never returned my call. I paid around 400 dollars for my glasses.
Call EzConracts multiple times asking for a manager and they never returned my calls.

Do not buy any of the add on these lenses. It will start to de-laminate and scratch on the inside. Then they will not honor their warranty and try and get another 125.00 Please do not use this company for you're own good. They have terrible customer service.

TOTAL FRAUD/SCAM!! THEY TOOK MY MONEY IMMEDIATELY (LEGIT COMPANIES CAN ONLY TAKE PAYMENT ONCE THEY'VE SHIPPED)! THEN THEY INFORMED ME THAT THEY ACTUALLY DIDN’T HAVE THE ITEMS I ORDERED THAT WERE IN STOCK AT THAT TIME, SUDDENLY AFTER MY ORDER THEY WEREN'T IN STOCK ANY MROE AND ID HAVE TO WAIT 2 WEEKS…. YET MY MONEY WAS ALREADY GONE! I IMMEDIATELY REQUESTED THE ORDER BE CANCELED, BUT RECEIVED NO RESPONSE AND NO REFUND… I SENT MANY MORE REQUESTS OVER THE NEXT COUPLE WKS AND STILL NO RESPONSE AND NO REFUND!!! TOTAL FRAUD WHO WAS OBVIOUSLY TRYING TO STEAL MY MONEY! LUCKILY I WAS ABLE TO RECOVER IT FROM A COMPANY WHO ALSO SAW THEM AS A FRAUD! BUT THEN- TO MAKE THIS EVEN BETTER- ONCE MY MONEY WAS RECOVERED, THEN THEY STARTED HARASSING ME AND TRYING TO MAKE ME SEND THEM THE MONEY BACK- FOR NO REASON AND NO ITEMS!!! CAN YOU BELIEVE THIS? I DON’T KNOW HOW THEY ARE STILL ALLOWED TO OPERATE, BUT IT IS HARD TO MONITOR THE WHOLE INTERNET! BOTTOM LINE- DO NOT GIVE THIS FRAUD ANY OF YOUR MONEY… YOU PROBABLY WONT GET IT BACK!!!

Buyer Beware is all I can say. Order was never shipped, UPS label was created but cancelled as product never left facility, if facility even exists! Money was processed and immediately collected via paypal. Initiated a dispute today. CS no longer in Brooklyn, NY but overseas where they have limited knowledge of what is going on in the company. also informed that I cant get a refund. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! Check out more complaints(over 100), 1-star ratings on other review sites like sitejabber. Im not alone on this matter. Google has one 5-star rating(likely an in house review) with no ability to add. DON'T TRUST!!

If there were a zero star rating that is what I would give them. I ordered contacts and was told they were "shipped". Apparently to this company that means, We charged your credit card but we have zero intention to give you anything for your money. I will NEVER order anything from this company again and would tell anyone who is thinking of ordering from this company to consider the money spent a donation to EZContacts.

I ordered a pair of prescription glasses for my son on 1/2/18. On 1/17/18 I emailed them for an update and was told they were ready to ship. They finally showed up on 1/24/18. However, they were the frames only without the prescription lenses. I called them and got an RMA number and a return shipping label. My son returned them the following day (1/25) and we then waited. It is now Feb 23rd and still no glasses. I called them again and was told they were almost ready to be shipped. I would never do business with them again.

BAD!!! ORDERED CONTACTS, A week later contacts not shipped, still said processing order.. called, they stated the manufacturer had discontinued... I WAS NEVER CONTACTED, AND HAD TO REQUEST A REFUND... Still not received. SCAM!!

This was a very poor experience. EZContacts accepted my order for Avaira Vitality contacts, which require an 8.4 base curve, on 8-16-2017. I sent in a valid prescription, yet EZContacts Support emailed me to say the Rx was incorrect because it listed a base curve of 8.4 instead of 8.5. I contacted the prescribing optometrist. She informed me that if EZContacts was attempting to fill the prescription with an 8.5 base curve, they were using the older version of Avaira contacts, not the Avaira Vitality lenses that were prescribed. I immediately emailed EZContacts Support to notify them that if they were not capable of correctly filling the prescription as written, they needed to cancel the order and refund my credit card. A representative named Levi immediately responded on 8-18-2017 that the Avaira order was cancelled. However, five days later EZContacts still had not refunded my credit card. I therefore filed a dispute with Visa for the charge. I have since discovered 100 customer complaints and 23 negative reviews through the BBB for EZContacts.com. The BBB also states that government action was taken against this company in 2016 resulting in EZContacts paying $100,000 in penalties for credit card security breaches.
Clearly, I should have done this research prior to engaging in a transaction with EZContacts. BOTTOM LINE: THIS IS NOT A REPUTABLE COMPANY.
I have since ordered the Avaira Vitality contact lenses through DiscountContactLenses.com. I placed the order on 8-22-17 and received the contacts today, 8-25-17. DiscountContactLenses had no problems with the prescription and were able to fill it lickety-split.

Ordered Maui Jim sunglasses. Shipped in 48 hours and received 5 business days later. Exactly the same as Sunglass Hut only 30% cheaper. Everything was packaged beautifully- and clearly authentic. Highly recommended for service and quality of product. Will purchase again in the future !
