Looks like a legitimate website but they have gone out of business. Ordered some Brooks Brothers frames as a replacement for my currently aging prescription frames. The Item never shipped. My e-mails to customer service went un answered and the phone line which says they are open M-f 9-5 was never once open and no one ever took my call. Waited 3 weeks for a shipping confirmation that never came.

I’ve reached out numerous times to get an update on my order with no response

I never received my order

Order placed +3 weeks ago with expedited shipment (5-10 days). No tracking no given although it was promised once shipped. Tried to reach multiple times via mail, contact form & phone. No answer, but I was asked to review my experience, so here it is.

No update on my purchase and have sent an email to check with customer service

I have not received my item. I sent 2 requests for an update and did not get a response. I paid for expedited shipping but am still waiting

No customer service response or fulfillment after almost a month and several inquiries about my order.

I placed an order for 2 pairs of glasses totaling over $400 a month ago & they have yet to arrive. No tracking number ever came. I've reached out to GimmeShades multiple times via site, phone, & email over the last several weeks-absolutely no response.

No response from the company to emails to company, and they haven’t answered phone calls.
Going to call my credit card company and dispute any charges.

Placed an order over 3 weeks ago still haven't received the sunglasses. I have emailed and called the number multiple times with no answer/response. I think this company is a scam. I should've read other reviews because it looks like I'm not the only one this has happened to. Now I get to waste my time trying to get the charges reversed...

Terrible service. I purchased 2 pair of glasses and they didn’t get the merchandise. They don’t answer any phone call or email. DON’T BUY!!!!

Employees were very helpful and friendly. They helped me identify the product to order and updated me on the status of my order. The product arrived in excellent condition and is exactly what I ordered. GimmeShades beat everyone else on the price!!! I will check back with GimmeShades when I need new frames or glasses.

Jamie was very helpful and finished like a man...but sadly asked for a cuddle afterwards so sorry won’t be using him again...however he gave me a discount on my next purchase
