Web site has complete and accurate description of the product. Ordering was easy and delivery was complete. I do recommend that you establish an account to better track your shipment. Signing in as a guest does not do this easily.

Antwort von Extreme Outfitters
Hi Ruben,
Thanks for taking the time to leave us a review. Orders that ship free go the most economic way and unfortunately when packages leave our facility we have no way of controlling the delivery time. We were a day behind with Black Friday shipments and for that we do apologize.

It took two weeks to receive my order
It took two weeks to receive my order. Extreme Outfitters provides no shipping or status updates on orders. One must email to find out if the order has shipped, or is in transit. They were two weeks past their estimated / quoted delivery date.

Antwort von Extreme Outfitters
Kyle,
The order you placed on Friday November 23rd, was shipped the following Monday November 26th. Our system automatically sends emails with tracking information when your order ships. Your package was delivered seven days later, on December 3rd. We do not quote shipping times, and orders that ship free go the most economical way.

eTrex® 20x GPS tracker works like a charm
I purchased a eTrex® 20x GPS tracker, not for me but for Marines in Afghanistan. They were short of such equipment. I got an email from the contact who said that it worked like a charm, keeping track of their team wherever they went in that country.
Based on their testimony, I give this company and product 5 stars.
