I’ve purchased a few bikes from them over the years. They’ve been fairly priced with great service and community involvement.

Horrible horrible! My sister took my race wheels to Folsom Bike. They had difficulty figuring out how to switch them and then when taking them back to exchange them out completely messed up the cassettes. Gave me a completely wrong, old, stripped cassette. Had to buy another one. Never never take your bike to them for anything unless you want to have to buy everything again!

Very friendly and knowledgeable. They're not pushy, only informative. I love my new bike, it's a great fit and awesome ride. I go in now for either accessories or questions and they always spend time with me. They did a lot of extra stuff for me (e.g. syncing the computer to my phone, etc), which is why I'll keep going back.

Took my 9 year old TREK Madone (2009) in for a major tuneup. The staff of Folsom Bike were awesome. Very friendly and courteous. Promised my bike on a certain day and it was ready that day. My bike feels brand new and I felt like I could fly like the wind. They even complimented me on the condition of my bike. I would highly recommend Folsom Bike to any one who wants great service.

Exception customer service. Sales and service are both great, and always welcoming. I have never had to come back after service - it is always done right the first time!

I have not yet purchased a bike from them, but I can vouch for their service department. They are always friendly and helpful, and don't give me funny looks when I bring in our bikes that were previously bought elsewhere. We have old bikes and a one newer kid's bike, and we get the same great treatment each time. Prices are reasonable, especially for a specialty shop (not a box store). They genuinely want you to have a book biking experience.

My experience with Folsom Bike has always been a great experience. I have used the service department and sales department and have been very pleased.. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, professional and easy to work with. I will continue to visit Folsom Bike for any future bike needs.

Pernonnel always helpful and willing to accommodate customer’s requests. I have a local bike shop in Lodi but I rather drive to Folsom Bike to receive professional service.

the bike was totally transformed into the silky smooth Italian machine it was meant to be!! in addition Matt suggested a small upgrade piece for my cyclometer (center mount gizmo) which they mounted for free while I waited..it’s actually a bonafide safety feature preventing you from dropping your gaze almost straight down (at your stem) and instead lowering your gaze just a few degrees - brilliant — thx to all involved — Kelly C. Great shop - I’ve rented a road bike from Folsom once a year for the last several years. They always have really nice bikes, and customize for me - installing my saddle, pedals and computer. And the staff is very nice too!
