I will admit, I had to do a fair bit of research as never heard of Exertis prior to my purchase of the Xbox series X... No one at the time had them in stock either... But, I was more than pleasantly surprised.
Ordered on Thursday and it arrived Friday.

Excellent deal. I have had to dock a point however for the lack of clear communication regarding shipping/delivery - there were no updates sent to me re: the steps in the process (e.g. no actual dispatch notification) and the courier choice was suboptimal - they did not stick to their delivery window and did not keep me posted. Start using DPD and you would get 5 stars.

The service was easy to use but …
The service was easy to use but there’s no option to track your delivery. So when I ordered my Xbox I was a bit worried that it wouldn’t arrive, there was no option to see where it was or when it would be delivered. So my advice would be to have delivery updates, so customers know when there item has been dispatched and to provide tracking information when you have done so.

Delivery driver ruined it
Service was good, would have given 5 stars but delivery driver left expensive package outside in clear view of public and faked a signature. Not exertis fault but might be worth looking for another delivery company
