Problem resolved
If it wasn't for Marlon from customer service this review would have been a 1 star.
I received a device which was not to a standard that I would expect. However the response I received was second to none. Instead of being questioned to death, Marlon resolved the issues in a swift manner which turned around my experience completely.

Found the while process of setting up purchase, delivery and forwarding communication with Klarna for the XBix Series X very easy. Can't fault the process from the initial "buy" command online.
