A little more communication between order and delivery wouldn't go a miss like expected delivery but otherwise good service and the mirror was exactly as per website.

The mirror was ordered and arrived relatively soon. However, the mirror was about 10% larger than that advertised on the website and would not fit. I contacted Exclusive Mirrors by email and they responded quickly, apologised and arranged a swap for a smaller mirror without any problem. The replacement mirror arrived quickly and I actually preferred it to the one originally chosen. So overall, a good experience despite the issue with the size.

Fantastic service and high quality items at a very fair price, extremely well packaged also for what was a long courier journey to my home.
I bought two large mirrors that were the same as for sale on a high end mail order furniture and home decor website and saved hundreds of pounds. The quality could not have been better

I was so pleased with my mirror, that I ordered another. They arrived quickly, very well packaged and with all the fittings you need to hang them on the wall. They are as described on the website.

I am very pleased with the service that I received. I had seen the mirror that I wanted on numerous other websites but exclusive mirrors had it at the cheapest price. The driver contacted me the day before delivery and on the day of the delivery I was contacted again when he was on his way. The mirror itself is absolutely stunning and I couldn't be more pleased. If I need a large mirror again I will definitely be heading back to exclusive mirrors. I also had a few questions in between my order and delivery and their customer service team got back to me promptly and were a pleasure to deal with. 10/10 all round!

Unfortunately I purchased a mirror recently, firstly I had no emails to state when it would be delivered only from me trying to call the company which I had no response and then emailing a complaint did my mirror miraculously arrive. However upon opening a very badly package mirror to find that it was cracked at the side. now I am struggling to get my money back and the cracked mirror collected!!

Just received my mirror as described and only took 4 days to arrive in the middle of a pandemic thank you 😊

Disappointed, ordered a mirror which was a backorder but they moved the date 3 times. Now they say mid January and I ordered it October. Got fed up waiting, now waiting on a refund...

I had mixed reviews, I placed an order on Friday and then decided to reserch, saw so many bad reviews so I emailed Tuesday asking for a update to then be emailed saying the mirror I paid for is no longer in stock even though it clearly was and that their supplier isn't supplying it anymore? The mirror is still to this day on their website in stock? So that's abit shady. Anyway I did get told i need to wait 3-5 working days for a refund and did receive one in a matter of 2 working days so I'm pleased with that as some people have waited weeks for one. But they clearly pick and choose customers they like. I would avoid at your own risk.

Great company and a great product! I have already spied 3 more mirrors that I will definitely be buying from Exclusive Mirrors in the very near future! Wish I could post a photo of it with this review. Ordered on the Sunday and it arrived a week later on the Monday. Very impressed considering my girlfriends birthday card took a week to deliver and a massive 80cm x 120cm mirror took the same length of time. Courteous and informative staff when I queried my despatch date and received notification from both Exclsuive Mirrors and the courier APC Overnight. Will 100% buy again and very much looking forward to making my house a home!

Bought my mirror for over the bed. Had to order it to be made but well worth waiting for. Absolurely stunning. Very happy and no problems.

Very very impressed with Exclusive Mirrors. They have some really nice mirrors but for me what impressed me was that they use a specialist carrier company just to transport mirrors, so you know the mirrors are looked after. I am all mirrored up in my apartment now but if anyone asks me where to buy a mirror from. Exclusive mirrors will be at the top of my list.

I knew the diamond art deco mirror was a made to order taking 4-6 weeks. It did take longer due to Covid but great customer service and I was kept updated regarding delays by Jade and all communication was prompt and managed my delivery expectations very well. The mirror is stunning and I would definitely order from Exclusive Mirrors again.

I ordered a large ornate leaning mirror in cream (190 x 81cm) in July and at the time of ordering it was pre order for estimated delivery due mid September. Towards the end of September I chased this up and was advised there has been a delay so it was estimated now end of October.

I spoke with Martin who was extremely helpful, he gave me the code of an alternative mirror that they did have in stock - which was not suitable for me. So Martin processed a refund for me and it was in my account within 24 hours.

Shame about the delay, and me not getting my mirror - however I cannot fault the customer service. There was always responses to my emails and someone to answer the phone if I needed an update.

3 emails sent, cannot leave a message as mailbox full, assuming with everyone else wanting to know where their order is! Anyone else managed to get a refund and how do you go about getting one. Steer clear as my order was placed in july

Great company, delivered quickly best price I could find and great product. Will buy again!
