Ordered and paid for mirror ...but can’t be delivered until later July August time. So I cancelled it and one day later I get a full refund....I was very impressed with their service and helpful online staff ...one person in particular went the extra mile ....name Jade...so thank you very much

Quick, organised delivery. Mirror was better than expected; with the sizing, colour and look perfect the exact to what was described- I love it!

Ordered my mirror with no issues, looks great and was not too pricey for the size. Not sure if this company uses their own delivery driver, but i had no issues with the delivery.
Will most likely use EM again should the need arise for anew mirror.

I bought a mirror from these people never again I never got to see the mirror the delivery driver was so rude never experienced anything like it before .firstly he couldn't find my address when I gave him directions 4 times then I got threatened that he wouldn't deliver my mirror so I said take it back as I don't want that behaviour in my home absolutely appalling never again

Really pleased with the service which I've had from Exclusive Mirrors. The first (smallish) mirror which I purchased was, unfortunately, damaged in transit, so I requested a refund and this was given straight away, with no problems at all. The second (much larger) mirror which I purchased arrived in a prompt manner, despite being in the middle of the Covid 19 lockdown and looks lovely. It was also very competitively priced. The customer service team (Jade in particular) have been really helpful at all times, and I wouldn't hesitate to buy from the company in the future, or to recommend them.

The mirror is lovely, I would buy from this company again, no problems.

Truly the best mirror that I have chosen , it has definitely illuminated our living room and looks elegant, customer service is at the top notch, easily reachable and friendly, only the worst and negative part of it is that the driver has left the mirror far away from our property, my wife had to take help from our neighbors as the mirror was very heavy and big, as she is pregnant at this time.

Arrived far quicker than expected (especially as we are in the depths of lockdown). Looks lovely. Haven't hung it yet but have no doubts it will look fabulous over the fireplace in my lounge.

I bought a mirror for my Mother for Mother's Day. It arrived in less than a week and great care was taken to ensure that it arrived in pristine condition. She loved it. Would definately buy from Exclusive Mirrors again.
