Marianne was wonderful leading up to our stay, with help organizing everything and getting pricing + availability for excursions, home chef, etc. George was incredible onsite getting us checked in and making sure we had everything we needed through the stay. The house itself was amazing to celebrate a milestone birthday for my mom with our whole family and we absolutely hope to come back in the future!

From the moment we first inquired through Exceptional Villas, Alannah and Noreen were incredible—answering every question and concern with authority and immediacy, making the entire booking process seamless and enjoyable.

Then from the moment we arrived at the villa they found for us (Nobel House), the experience was nothing short of exceptional. The villa itself is breathtaking, a perfect blend of luxury and comfort, with meticulously maintained pools, spotless grounds, and an atmosphere of pure relaxation. Every detail was cared for with precision, ensuring our stay was effortless. Falling asleep to the sound of waves crashing on the beach was the most peaceful and restorative experience—we had the best sleep every night.

Kevin’s meals were beyond delicious—thoughtfully crafted with care and full of flavor, making every dining experience a highlight of our stay. Even taking into account and perfectly executing meals for one of our party with very specific allergies and eating requirements. Marvin ensured that our days by the pool were carefree, while Ontwan’s warmth and attentiveness made our evenings even more special.

But beyond the stunning setting, it’s the people who made our Vacation with Excaptional Villas at Noble House extraordinary. The kindness and hospitality of the entire team from enquiry to leaving the entire experience made us feel truly at home, and we are so grateful for the incredible memories we made.

Marianne at Exceptional Villas was incredibly helpful in selecting our villa and making all arrangements with the local team. The staff at Emerald Bay villa in Turks & Caicos were amazing...in particular Bagus the chef and Budi the butler. Fabulous meals and top-notch service. The villa was beautiful...and located in a quieter part of the island. We were a family of 15 and there was lots of room for the 8 adults and 7 grandkids ages 4-14

We were a group of 16 individuals who rented Sandy Bottom and Sandy Shore villas during 2 weeks.
We loved everything about it.
Both villas are located along Turtle Tail beach. We felt we had our own private beach and could swim at least 300 feet from the shore before we had water up to the shoulders. Kayaks and paddle boards were available.
At evening, we enjoyed the sunset with a roof top cocktail and after dinner, we sat by the fire, close to the beach or swam in the heated pool.
Staff was amazing. Whenever we needed to reserve a restaurant, rent bikes or reserve a pickleball court, our concierge Ericka was always up to the task and managed that part of our stay. Buttler Morris provided what I would affirm to be the best service we ever had in any of our vacations. Well organized, assisting us with food and beverage inventory and making sure we always had whatever we needed to make our stay memorable and frankly, he succeeded!

The Exceptional Villas staff is super attentive, responsive, and patient. The booking process was a breeze and they were helpful with finding outside sources like a cocktail making class and driver. Highly recommend booking with them!

Excellent pre-arrival concierge services! Mary was very communicative about updates to our itinerary and followed up with reminders regularly. I had no worries that everything would be set up and on schedule because of her diligence.

Most of our issues with our villa came once we arrived; we communicated them to our property manager as they arised and they were mostly fixed. The wifi wasn't working and the property manager/staff had to bring in a new router/network for our stay. Wifi was strongest downstairs and practically non-existent once upstairs.

Next, the hot water heater hadn't been turned on for the property, and most of us had to take lukewarm to cold showers that first night. We notified the property manager the next morning and in her response, she indicated the owner had *just* turned on the heater.

When first meeting the property manager, she communicated that if we needed ANYTHING to call or message her on Whatsapp. We decided to schedule our taxis to dining reservations and excursions through her. Friday night, however, she was completely unresponsive, causing us to have to walk 30 minutes to the entrance of the gated community we were staying to hail taxis for our dinner reservation. We ended up being 30 minutes late to dinner as a result and the property manager didn't apologize or have an explanation for her unresponsiveness other than "I was unavailable" when asked about what happened.

A final minor issue was the presence of millipedes on the ground floor, especially at night. We attempted to relocate them outside humanely but they were hard to avoid. We knew to expect a critter every now and then due to the environment, but these were annoying and gross.

Overall, we enjoyed our experience with Exceptional Villas and inconveniences were minor and often quickly resolved.

From the first inquiry about booking with them up to the week of our departure, communication was absolutely wonderful. This is a true 5 star experience when you book through Exceptional Villas. They take care of all reservations from restaurants to the rental car. We will absolutely utilize them in the future as they make taking a vacation very easy. My wife and I could not be happier!
