What a great company, customer service was above and beyond. All of the claims handlers I dealt with were impeccable and really helped with my consolidation loan from beginning to end always kept me in the loop with the progress of my claim. I would defo recommend to all my family and friends who are struggling to get loans via banks etc. What a great service

Very easy to navigate and upload documents

Very easy experience with Evolution. Told me how to complete everything and helped me every step of the way.

Firstly, they were great in being able to secure our finance agreement. To be honest, the whole process was pretty straightforward and seamless. Customer service advisor Paige was very nice and polite, making you feel like she wanted to talk to you and greet you. It's a shame they didn't employ more like her; some were blunt and not the happiest, especially the men I spoke with. Now, regarding the interest rates, they are pretty high when it comes to secured loans. You would assume they would be pretty low since you're using your house as collateral, but no, they're still high. So just make sure the rate is right for you. Also, check the documents properly as I was advised it would be fixed for the duration of the loan, but I discovered halfway down the line that it's actually a variable rate. The only other niggle is I was advised funds would be released, but they were not released on that day I was advised.

It's a scam, avoid !
They kept calling me every day when I sent my application but after providing all the bank account details and other financial information they literally ghosted me.
I was told by Faye that my application was approved and passed on to the funding team and that I was supposed to get the money in a couple of days. They never contacted me again and they stopped replying to my messages. I am seriously considering reporting this company. Avoid at any cost!

All good but as yet not showing set up direct debit etc , the only thing I want too know is when direct debit date will be , and when payments will allocated to cards thank you

Advisors were really helpful and knowledgable. Weren’t pushy at all and let me think on my decision before going to the next stage. The app is super easy to use.
