WARNING do not buy from the COWBOY dealership
WARNING!!!! WARNING!!!!!! WARNING!!!!……We bought a vehicle off Evan halshaw in Chorley within a week the engine warning light came on, we contacted them numerous times they booked us into the nearest Evan halshaw and they couldn’t fix it then after my husband had to call numerous times again to get it booked in at the nearest vw they finally got it booked in but for a week later dropped car off this morning Evan halshaw never got back to me and they tried to contact the Evan halshaw in Chorley but they never picked up I had to ring them to find out what the problem was with the vehicle but they couldn’t tell me until they replied them after ringing a few time and getting through to them I said to them why am I chasing you to fix the vehicle that I purchased off you. Very poor communication and now have to wait longer until the car is fixed do not buy from this cowboy dealership they sell faulty cars to the people and are not bothered to even try and fix it.

Stay far away from this dealership
If i could i give 0 star .they are bunch of cowboys selling faulty car to ppl .i have. bought a car of Chorley 19k with in week engine light came on I had to call numerous time to get this sorted finally after days of calling they book me in local VW dealership then they haven’t even approved the cost of diagnostic I had to call them still waiting for them to approve just waiting for the outcome I m going to contact FCA .be aware guys don’t waste your money to buy car from this cowboy dealershiptheir customer service doesn’t exist.

Customer care excellent, diagnostic testing unsatisfactory.
The customer care was excellent as always. However, some diagnostic testing could have been more thorough and an unnecessary part replacement avoided.

The health check video was helpful and the whole process was straight forward.
Only downside was a mix up in parts leading to a delay but not sure whether that was the fault of the dealer or not.

The communication is shocking
The communication is shocking! They had our car for 14 weeks and left us with no replacement car when we needed one! In 12 weeks we had 2 phone calls off them to update us and that was it the rest of the time we had to chas them for an update because we could go 2 weeks without hearing anything! The only way we got regular communication and an answer to what was actually wrong with our car is a massive complaint going to the big boss’s about 7 weeks in I asked for a boss to call me back and I waited 2 months before a manager rang me!
