Well if a big company like this cant afford to employ customer support, I will have to switch provider now. AI is not the way forward TRUST ME. The amount you might be saving on having an AI taking over your Job, the amount you will be loosing existing customers with bad word of mouth with unresolved issues. Thanks for NOTHING. It wont be money you will be getting from now on

I feel bad experience in etisalat customer care since iam face internet issue with my router they were not fixing until now

I've had a very few issues with the signal or speeds. The only downside is that reaching a support agent can be a bit of a mission. It's a top tier service if you're comfortable managing most things yourself through the app.

The worst service I ever experienced, just paying money for nothing.

Honestly one of the worst Wi-Fi experiences I’ve had. Constant drops, slow speeds even when nothing is connected, and zero consistency. Paying premium prices for service that feels outdated. Customer support doesn’t solve the root issue, just temporary fixes. Very disappointing.”

For 2 months I had 0 internet coverage in my apartment.

Even GSM phone calls were often struggling with reception.

Blind spot? Of course! I even filmed how my internet speed falls to 0 the moment I enter my apartment. Strange.

But — on the balcony? Works. Oh, and they called me to offer me (surprise surprise) additional (home) internet…

Did I mention that they (and the whole UAE) have the most expensive mobile packages?

No?

Ok, comparison: everything unlimited in Switzerland is 2–3x cheaper than here (not to mention better coverage — yes, especially with this company).

Back to my 0 kbps internet:
2 months, 3x going and filing (yes, you need to go to the store, leave a fingerprint — no kidding — EID, type your phone number several times — all for filing a complaint. Seriously?!?)

After a bit less than 2 months (and 1000 AED in paid bills later) the signal magically increased inside my apartment — and now I was asking for a refund since I was paying full service (100+ EUR) and not getting it.

Hell, I even had to pay a penalty for switching back to a lower package (also net not working) to offset my expenses.
At the end (after about a dozen phone calls):

“Sorry Mr Nik, but we can partially refund you that penalty. Everything else — we will not… but you know we apologize.”

This translates to:
“Yeah, we get you, but we don’t care that we screwed you. We acknowledge it, and even though everything is in writing… we’ll keep all the money. Fck off. We can do it. We are Etisalat.”

This is called by a different name in other countries.

Etisalat have The Best packages if you’re visiting Dubai. The counter is tucked behind the cafe as you come out of arrivals but the team at the airport are Fantastic. Especially Elijah Dalton. Super quick because you don’t want to wait around soon as you arrive. Excellent trouble shooting - turned off my VPN, setup a new eSIM. Very efficient - they seem very conscious that folk just want to get this done and get on with the trip. I would Highly Recommend

I had elife connection in Ajman . When I shift to Dubai , I requested for transfer the connection . Since I was having non fiber connection in Ajman, it was not able to transfer to Fiber connection in Dubai. So customer care requested to take new connection in Dubai and make re quest to cancel Ajman elife . Since last 5 month , I am getting bill for both connections , even after my request to cancel Ajman elife. When ever representative calls me , I explain all those stories , then end up with a statement , some one will call me from CR. I am paying bills of Dubai elife only , Ajman elife kept pending , as CR suggest , it will be removed from outstanding . Now collection team is threatening me , it will be reported to Etihad credit beauro and it will will effect my credit score . And they will terminate my Dubai elife also . So I suggest my friends , never ever take e& connection in our life .

After so many years of being a client for both mobile and home broadband, I have changed to the other provider because of: Unprofessional customer service, misleading offers, no possible escalation, deceiving contracts, brutal lock-in 24 months commitment, closing the tickets to show resolved on their system while problem is very much there. Monopoly by all means

If I could give 0 stars I would have done it. We took out a telephone subscription there 2 weeks ago. We were told that we had to come back because something had gone wrong. When we came back another man said there was nothing wrong. Then our numbers were suddenly blocked and we couldn’t do anything anymore. We went back. We were inside for 45 minutes and we were definitely not well helped. Johannes would help us, that’s what we came for. He definitely didn’t help us right away. He helped 3 people mixed up and we had to wait every time. When we asked Yassmin, we were not helped either. She was too busy on her phone. Then we asked Khaleb if he could help us, he came for 1 minute and then went to take a break in the middle of the help. He suddenly walked away. Long story short, worst experience I’ve had with phones and subscriptions. If I had known this, I certainly would not have come to etisalat.

Extremely bad customer service and data package is very very unreliable. Iv had to place 3 onplain since the begining of 2026 and now it is just Feb 4th

I am extremely disappointed with Etisalat’s handling of a prepaid refund.

Money was deducted from my account, the refund was sent to an incorrect IBAN, and I was repeatedly given incorrect information by chat support stating the issue was resolved when my bank confirmed no incoming transaction.

My ticket was closed without contact, I waited over 20 days, and I incurred additional costs due to the delay.

This experience shows poor internal coordination and lack of accountability. I hope Etisalat seriously improves its refund and customer support processes.

Never take payment from auto-payment which we set up and then impacts my credit in UAE!
Nobody to speak to when making a complaint.
They answer to nobody.
By far the worst telecoms company I have ever had.
Chat box does not take you to a human being.
Call 101 and the service is just awful. No understanding of customer service, no resolution to what should be a simple issue and yet I am charge late fees every month despite having my card set up on their system!

Years been a loyal paying customer and they absolutely disrespect us like if we are not human. What a bizarre culture of taking advantage of the other in every possible way. And not doing a proper work what’s pais for, much less being grateful.

They added « 3 months free trial TVA packs add-ons » to my subscriptions I didn't see. Just saw this after a year and ask for a full refund as I didn't see those add-ons and never used them (I don't even have a tv)

Obviously they can't do anything for this as it's not from their side.

I tried to find a way with support team to have a refund or anything, but they CAN'T DO ANYTHING FOR THAT... Lol...
A good company will always find a way to make customers satisfy, provide a partial refund or a discount for next months. Those guys don't care.

Anyway, their strategies are close to scam, they charge you for things you don't want and aren't comprehensive after all.

Be really careful with ETISALAT, this company provide good services, until the day you have an issue with them...

I would not like to give a star even. There is no negative points. I would like to give negative points.
This company is really a fraud. Please never believe any phone calls from any of their office staff regarding a lottery prize win and lucky draw.

They are complete fraud, scammers and liars. They are very unprofessional. They don’t know how to write an official letter. Their letters have thousand of spelling mistakes, no official email address, no office registration number and bar code or address . They write in the letters to customers how hard-working they are and how sincerely they are working for their valued customers which is really unrealistic and unprofessional.

Their customer service number never responds to calls. On a very rare occasion, a person picked up this call at customer service number who speaks only punjaabi!!!!!!! How unrealistic and unprofessional!!!!!

They will rob you off and will never refund.
Please stay away from this fraud company.

Worst customer service...its been month and half trying to cancel my internet connection..not happening... endless calls, chats still no one takes it seriously...out of frustration spoke with a supervisor also, still no cancellation...never have i seen incompetency like this
