I moved apartments and requested my fibre to be moved. It has no been 10 days and my wifi is still not active i have contacted Etisalat 4 times and everytime they say they will escalate it and someone will contact me, but up until now i have received no call and no solutions. EAch time it is me who reaches out to them to find a solution and a timeframe for when it will be activated to which they tell me "soon" and "ASAP". How are they unable to firstly, tell me what the issue is and secondly how long it will take to fix it. If you can stay clear of them, I am now paying for a service that is not working.

The worst costumer service in the whole world even the countries without internet have better service than etisalat buy every brand out there pay more dont take etisalat i will change my family to another brand even my house internet i will change it

Expensive but that's a given in the UAE. Biggest issue I have had has been with updating my eid, despite having a digital copy of my eid, which was good enough for ADCB (a literal bank), Etisalat decided it has to be a physical copy of the EID. However, fortunately, you can use an online validation service... that doesn't work. If you do not produce this eid document (despite having no control over when you get it) they bother you endlessly and then close your account... I literally walked into a shop to show them the digital version, again good enough for a BANK when sent via email, and was told to come back with the physical copy... which I don't have and IDK when it will arrive (as it's a federal matter).

Do not bother going on their website to review as that doesn't work... oh and don't try to get any support as it appears they only have machines answering online chats amd phone calls and they have zero idea how to solve an actual issue besides giving you hyperlinks to other broken systems.

I would give them 0 stars if I could. You notice there are no google reviews for this company, that should be your first flag. I have the sim card wireless router for 199 aed per month. Always disconnects anytime during the day so that I have to unplug then plug back in sometimes 5 times a day. The customer service is non existent and if you want to return the router, they make you take it to a contractor and get a replacement yourself. I have never seen such laziness and non caring attitude. This service is worse than in a third world country.

Worst internet ever, can’t watch anything without it cutting out. Do not buy this internet ever you are best of not having any internet.

Trying to get hold of an actual human was time consuming and very difficult.

I have been living in Dubai for 5 years and I always used to use du network. So I used to get a call from their agent everyday that you should switch for etisalat . You will get more profit. Now I have unlimited net. Which does not work at all and their network does not come at all. It is the worst network. I will tell everyone about UAE. Please never take this.
Their customer service is also not good and all their employees are liars. They sell SIM cards by telling lies.

is there an option of NO STAR? No. 1 scammers in UAE.. E&..they will offer you something with wrong information and will bill you with tons of cash

I've been satisfied with Etisalat's internet speed and packages, but recently, switching to a new iPhone has made eSIM transfers a hassle. In contrast, my wife's network provider makes it easy to transfer, whereas Etisalat's process is more complicated.

Customer Support is not that good when you face problems.

Terrible experience with the website. It used to have great live agent support, but with this new trash AI, I explain my issue in detail and it keeps responding with nonsense. And when I insist on being transferred to a live agent, it just disconnects me. Shame on you, Etisalat.

terrible experience. I switched from du and thought the service here was better. but it turns out it's even worse. I pay 1000 or more dirhams a month. and I don't understand why. They send such calculations that nothing is clear. roaming works poorly. and very expensive. I just now regret switching to this company.🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️. The operators don't speak English well, nothing is clear. you have to make a lot of movements to get something. it's very inconvenient. especially when you're outside the country. I don't recommend getting service from them at all.

Pathetic service. I took their wifi connection and the sim got jammed in the router followed up for 5 days and no one bothered to fix the issue. The issue is still going on and they asked me visit a mobile shop to get this sorted. Additionally I am told there will be an etra charge for the technician to visit my home.

I have unlimited data but I barely use it cos when I need my data the most, on the weekends it basically can’t even open websites, I can’t do anything at all cos it is insanely slow. Absolutely wasting of money, I can’t wait to finish my year contract.

My name is Pamela Carneiro Mendes. Last month, I visited one of your stores in person to request a prepaid plan. The attendant informed me that such an option did not exist and instead offered me a plan allegedly costing 162 AED, stating only that it would include calls and internet for two months. No further explanation was provided, and he insisted that this was my only option.

With no alternative, I paid 200 AED in cash. The attendant kept my change, claiming that he had no way to return it.

On Monday, August 11, 2025, I opened my Etisalat app and was shocked to find a bill of 335 AED. I then visited your branch at Dubai Marina Mall, where I was assisted by staff member AMR Mohsey Hammad. Upon investigation, I discovered that not only had I been misled in order for the attendant to earn a commission, but there is in fact a prepaid plan available for 50 AED — information that was never disclosed to me. Additionally, my change was never returned.

I consider this to be unacceptable and request that Etisalat immediately:
1. Cancel the 335 AED charge.
2. Refund the unreturned change from my initial payment.
3. Provide an explanation for the misleading sales practices I experienced.

I look forward to a prompt response and resolution to this matter.

Doing fraud Deduct payment in Full for 1 Gb daily for 30Days and allow package only one day and than shuts.
Amount deducted for 30Days and service provide only 1 Day.

Extremely poor attitude and rude behaviour at Mall of emirates. When we came to buy out two connections, the staff were all sweet and charming. Two days later and my wife's phone still not working. When we went back to the Mall of Emirates branch , they were just passing us around from one person to another. When we were fed up and we said we need a clear answer in how to fix it or what is wrong, them the chapa became even more rude. I think they are only paid to sell . Typical
