The team at Esale literally did everything we asked of them, they have some absolute stars who had the ability to keep us calm during a long sale throughout 'lockdown'. They were always on the end of the phone or called us back quickly. Communication was professional and advice was expert. This was the first time using an online agent and without question it will be Esale that we use next time. It might seem strange using an agent based online, but in my opinion it is how well a company works and their expertise, rather than where they are located that matters. Esale have supported two sales for us during 2019. The first completed within 8 weeks from the first viewing (6 weeks from the buyer's first visit). The second (a more complex sale) saw them maintain their high level of support until an offer and exchange were achieved. The responsiveness of the team and the quality of their feedback has always been excellent. We thoroughly recommend them, and will certainly use them again in the future.

Having paid thousands of pounds to a local estate agent last time we sold a house we decided to try esale; I had done a least half the viewings in our previous sale as the estate agent sometimes didn't have anyone available or they were late arriving.
eSale were efficient and prompt from the start sending a good photographer to measure up and prepare photo's for online sales. We supplied our EPC and decided to do our own viewings but eSale can arrange both. Appointments were made efficiently and we were kept fully informed of feedback from viewings and progess when we had a buyer, with eSale chasing up when appropriate. We were very pleased with the service, especial thanks to Mark and David, we really did feel you had our best interests at heart.
