Hey. We had to exchange my wedding ring and my engagement ring in total 5 times in the last 2 months, all due to my tiny fingers.

And in all honesty I am shocked we haven’t been charged more for going there biweekly. The staff were super helpful and very supportive.

I believe the lady we dealt with was called Chrissy but the whole team was amazing!

I highly recommended for the customer service and the price!

P.s yes it finally fits!

We were told by email that the item was ready to collect, however when my partner went to the Guildford store the item could not be located so we had to go back the following day to pick it up, once it had been found. We were not impressed at having to make two journeys effectively wasting time and fuel and I was particularly upset that my partner was unable to have her birthday gift on her birthday.

My partner bought my engagement ring back in February 2020 and took out the insurance that they sold alongside it. They told him to put it in my name as it would be easier if I was to make a claim in the future. They also assured him that no correspondance would be sent to me in the meantime. 4 days later and I recieve a letter from the insurance company regarding the insurance that I have just taken out on a 'diamond ring'.
This completely spoilt the surprise that my partner had planned for me as I was now fully aware that he had bought an engagement ring. He was absolutely devastated and we will never buy from Ernest Jones again.

I have always wanted a nice proper time piece. Having seen a Breitling many years ago I new that was the one for some day. My wife and I popped into Ernest and sat down with Alex at the Guildford branch. His knowledge on all time pieces was so reassuring I was making the right choice. He altered the strap while waited and provided full instructions on how to set the watch up. They even held onto the watch while we continued shopping, for security and arrange insurance. I recommend Guildford Ernest Jones.
