I see loads of bad reviews with regards to the Diamonds. I bought a ring in December and one small Diamond did come out and I gave it to the Westfield branch and they fixed it for me as it was under the warranty period. However you need to pay if it is not under the warranty. I am a regular client and only reccomend them for Diamonds. High quality and excellent customer service. I buy atleast 2 Diamond items a year

Just received my wife eternity ring and we are delighted! Careen and the girls in Ayr were so kind and helpful. The best thing was being updated personally each stage of the way. The Ayr branch is so easy to sho in and the staff are 5*. Thanks girls !!

Having purchased earrings for my granddaughter after looking at them at home I decided against them There was nothing with them I had just changed my mind I was refunded my money with no problem Thankyou

Considering the shop was empty, I did not feel that they were welcoming me as a customer. I had seen the pearl earrings that I wanted in the window so knew what I wanted and wasn't there to waste their time. I appreciate that with Covid restrictions they have to be careful, but I was left with the feeling that I was being a nuisance.

I was invited along to the Levian event. The shop was clean tidy and had the feeling of being very spacious.
The Levian stock was outstanding, so much to choose from and all laid out in an order that was easy to see.
The staff were all very pleasant, the manager welcomed me and showed me some of the very special pieces. I was made feel very important and valued. The regional manager also came out to meet me and enjoyed seeing my purchases. There was no pressure to buy but the stock was irresistible! I left feeling very special. Thank you to all staff.

I was served by a trainee who told me this at the beginning of my purchase. She was very efficient, when I queried whether the bracelet I wanted was all gold and not gold on silver, she said yes, but confirmed this with a superior. All staff in the shop were very pleasant, and COVID guidelines were appropriately adhered to.
