This is the first time I've used Equip your Trip. I found the the two items I was looking for on their website at very competitive prices. The ordering process was very efficient and the goods arrived promptly as described.
I'm very satisfied with the service and would definately use again

The staff at Equip your trip are friendly and easy to contact. They genuinely care about the service you receive and do everything in their power to make sure that you get the best they can offer. Steve was a great help to me in particular. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family. :)

Initially was very pleased with communication due to item being lost in the post - even though it was Royal Mail 'Signed For' and had a tracking number. I asked for and was given a refund, minus the postage charge! Sent email asking why but received no response. Disappointing end.

Good customer service but poor delivery performance by Post Office.

I found Steve very helpful whilst trying to decide on what lugguage/backpack to buy. He provided valuable opinions and reviews on product on a subject where I was pretty much clueless. Was an easy, fluid transaction with friendly service. Would definitely recommend to others :)

I recently purchased a Mountain Equipment Womens Cho Oyo Jacket, I received the item the next day. I was very pleased and happy with my purchase. I called Equip Your Trip offices enquiring about another product and I spoke to a gentleman called Steve - he was up to date on the product with knowledge, prices, sizes - I was sold instantly. Thank you for making my transactions so effortless. I will definitely be back soon.

Even though i was advised at the start of this process, i would be reimbursed the cost of the Fedex courier, this did not happen. I queried the fairness of this and was advised that options could be explored (i still have the emails advising me of this) I was then requested to send a copy of the postal receipt-which again, was at my expense to have it scanned onto disk-why would this be requested if there was no intention of refunding my money? The whole process was misleading-with me having to constantly chase up a response, i was not even advised when the item was eventually received. I was also advised it would have been better for me to keep the incorrect item...where is the logic in that? I would also appreciate if you refrain from publishing my surname on a public domain.

First item did not arrive due to local postal service. Second (better) product sent out at no extra charge. Very pleased customer.

I've wen to EquipYourTrip directly in their store and the guy who showed us the products was amazing, always willing to help and to provide good assistance with the products!

La chaqueta es muy buena , corta vientos y superligera , con el añadido que en el interior del forro tiene cuadraditos de polyester para darle un plus de abrigo al tiempo que deja transpirar. En definitiva es un cortavientos un poco más abrigado.
El servicio de la web es muy bueno, rápido y buena comunicación.
Únicamente en esta marca yo acostumbraba a llevar una M y la he tenido que cambiar por una L, pero ya se sabe que aunque sea una marca que conoces la talla varía a veces en función del modelo.

Super friendly sales team who were extremely helpful. Very prompt delivery. Nice to deal with people as opposed to automated machines and computers. Will use again.
