My remortgage has been complete recently and I want to thank Paige and her team for working tirelessly on the application. It's never been easy when dealing with many entities, including banks, solicitors, surveyors, etc... Paige took care of the whole procedure and liaised with the relevant companies for me. I can't speak more highly of Tomasz and his team at Enness Global Mortgages. My wife and I were attempting a very complicated 're-conversion' of two flats back into one dwelling and were desperate to avoid the bridging loan route due to our personal finances and uncertainty around COVID. Through Tomasz's experience and contacts he was able to find a lender willing to secure the loan against the two flats at the outset, whilst allowing us to undertake the work required to complete the project (which was a minor miracle!).
