Initially I got in touch with Adam who patiently explained the financial implications of my decision. He allowed me sufficient time to make my mind & I did not feel pressurised to take the decision . We bought an investment property and we were a little cynical over the deal. They answered every question we had lots of times over a long period as we did our due dilligence on the deal. They we patient and helpful the whole way through. The transaction comms could have been a little more proactive but what they didn't cover, the solicitor did.

We have bought a couple of properties through ERE and the team Adam, Gaby's and Shannon has been really helpful with good communication throughout - prompt response and follow up.
