I decided to purchase a grade 2 listed property in 2022 from ERE. The delay has been over one year and the service and follow up and response rate have been very unsatisfactory.

I made enquiry about assisted living opportunity and was approached my Joe Mercer. He explained everything very well step by step as it was my 1st time buying assisted living accommodation.
