The 5-7 days delivery time is a false advertisement. It’s taking ages to arrive.

Terrible product. Wrote a name in arabic, it came to me with questions marks. The back side of my key ring seems pasted, not engraved.

AVOID!!!

Spent over £40 with this company, they said it takes 2 days to engrave, but within a couple of hours my item was "shipped". Coincidentally this "shipped" item was never received and the company had 0 proof that the item had been shipped.

They're fraudsters.

This is not a UK based company as the website implies but Hungarian and once you have paid, you have little chance of getting your item or your money back in fact I think you have more chance of plaiting your own pee!!!!

The item I received was completely different from the sample shown. The quality was extremely poor, and instead of being properly engraved as advertised, it was only laser etched, which looked cheap and did not meet my expectations.

I requested a full refund because the product was not as described, but the company refused to provide one. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to stay away from this company. The product was misleading, the quality was unacceptable, and the customer service was very disappointing. I would not recommend buying from them.

I ordered a keyring for my partner’s birthday. It arrived in time. It looked very nice and gift box was also nice. Happy with my order and the service

Received the perfect keyring, special picture of my beautiful cat bella, she had recently passed, looks professionally made, came in a lovely little pouch , delivery took a bit longer than i thought.

Ordered 2 keyrings for special occasions. They took a little bit longer than expected but the after service was second to none. The keyrings were beautiful and well received by both recipients, One saying it was the most thoughtful gift ever. I would highly reccomend.

Lovely bespoke keyrings which were beautifully crafted

Item said shipped but didn’t arrive

Ordered for Mother’s Day, 2 weeks later still not here. Emailed their customer service team twice and no response. Disgusting company and possible scammers. Do not use.

Terrible company ordered a keyring for Mother's Day, still hasn't arrived emailed twice to no avail.

Its pretty clear they're scammers after coming to here dont be fooled by the 4.75/5 star rating on the website its clearly manipulated.

SCAMMERS! Never shipped my order and not replying to emails. What a waste of time and money

Scam, ordered keyring aftet 1 week still didnt recive it,emailed them no response, tried to ring them nobody answear

I am disgusted the fact they charged me £25 for a keyring (I was in a hurry as it was Valentine’s Day) I ordered it well in advance and it still came 4 days late 3 days after Valentine’s Day! The picture quality is shocking it looks like it was produced on Temu! DO NOT BUY FROM THESE CON ARTISTS YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED!

The order took a little while but was worth the wait x It’s a lovely key ring with such a happy memory for us on it x really happy with the key ring x thank you x

Was expecting to have it arrived right before Christmas as I’ve ordered it on 19th but it arrived, took 24 days to arrive as it’s from Switzerland not UK based, at least they’ve contacted back when I’ve asked for any updates, actual keyring looks lovely so it wasn’t that bad as the other people were saying, just patient that it will arrive later than expected

Crap service and average quality of the product for which they are one of the most expensive producers. States dispatch within 48 hours and 3-5 day delivery!! My order was submitted and wasn’t received for over 3 weeks, completely missing the birthday for which the item/gift was for! Never using again. Find another engraver.

I have reported my experience with this company to the domain registrar and the European Consumer Centre (ECC) for further investigation. I ordered from engravedkeyrings.co.uk and my payment was processed by dogstag.co.uk. Both these website are then registered under a different company name CUSTOMSKY LTD. The website engravedkeyrings.co.uk is registered to ATRYOS DMCC, a United Emirates based company. Many websites associated with ATRYOS DMCC have negative customer reviews and low-trust domain records, including porteclepersonnalise.com, which looks very similar to engravedkeyrings.co.uk. I’m sharing this information so other customers can make informed decisions.

Sadly did not arrive in time for sisters birthday and quality is so poor, will be going straight in the bin
