These people are nothing but harassment!! Even though i block every sales call tgey still come, voice recorded sales calls pretending to be people, nothing i do seems to stop them calling every day, the number on their false site goes straight to an EE voicemail!!! Keep away
Brilliant from start to finish
Brilliant from start to finish. Mark and Billy did an outstanding job on our roof. I was very impressed with the quality of their work and how they cleaned up around the property when they were finished. I would have no hesitation in recommending energy save.

Future clients beware!!! The company's strategy is to dangle the carrot of a 'free damp survey' with a caveat: the landlord and tenant must be present together at the time of damp the survey. The representative would then literally do his utmost to armtwist, pressurise and gaslight you (the landlord) in the presence of the tenant, and try to incite them against you with sole aim of getting you to accept the ridiculously inflated quotes. The desperation from the man sent out to my propert was beyond appalling, on the day in question. Indeed, I have read comments from people who got missold damp course treatment they did not need or got given quotes which were outrightly exaggerated.
Thank goodness I saw through the smokescreen and stood my ground. I could see the disappointment in the face of the so-called very unprofessional engineer sent by this company to survey my property, when he realised he was backing the wrong horse on the day. It is now more than 3 weeks since I complained via telephone call to the company, with a promise that the customer service manager would be in touch - not even the courtesy of a callback from anyone at the company. This only confirms my suspicion that the representative truly represented the values (or lack thereof) of the company.
PS: no apologies or damage-control comments required from your company on this comment. It is my own personal experience that I have opted to share so future clients can manage their expectations accordingly.

A bunch of time wasters and crooks
A bunch of time wasters and crooks. They came and did half the job and couldn’t even finish the job. Now I’m chasing them for my refund as I had paid the full amount upfront. They seem to be avoiding my calls and ignoring my emails. Use them at your own risk

They fit the windows to an okay degree but it took them over a month to fit 3 of them. With different people showing up every week. The handles were tough to push down all the way, as well as the easy clean feature being a pain in the a-hole to adjust.
a while after i watched these cowboys on bbc watchdog, I'm glad that they're not in business anymore.

BEWARE BEWARE inverter indoor use but installed outdoor so warranty void on solax inverter. solar LG powerbank faulty and took 6mths to get them to look at but i had to pay a local solar company to fix. JAY the so called manager promised to pay and insisted they had paid but would not send payment invoice. JAY lied about installation problems even though i watched installation of powerbank. NEVER call back and i had to call daily for 6mths and also speak to solax and LG myself. LIARS AND THIEVES.

Went through this company, but stayed with present supplier. Ryan couldn’t be more helpful & friendly.
Had 6mths left on present contract but, due to a change in the business , my present contract became void & i had to go straight into the newer, more expensive tarriff & was not told any of this. After receiving new contract I rang energy save & asked Ryan why he didn’t tell me this, he couldn’t be less helpful & was completely uninterested, he said he’d call my energy company & get back to me in 20 mins. Never heard from him again!
Con man …
Salesman arrived as agreed to talk to me about a battery to save power from my solar panels to use over night. Seemed a good idea. He was pushy in the extreme. Quoted £12,500( !) for the gadget, but only £7,500(!). if I agreed to it there and then. As I have a smart meter I know exactly how much electricity I use overnight. Costs about £1. Why would I need to spend £7,500 to save that. It would take about 20 years to break even. (I am 78). I'm sure he thought I was a vulnerable old woman living alone. (he was keen to establish my age and that I was the sole occupant) but he was very wrong. He is a complete con man and should be stopped.
