Cannot fault the team at all
Cannot fault the team at all, from sales to build team. Especially Rosie and George who are knowledgeable and care about their job.
Rosie gave immense support for the issues we had with the buyers of our previous home…
George has been helpful and really does care. We have heard many tales of new build disasters but fortunately (up to now🤞) there have been none.
There was a delay on our move in date but that was outside of Elans control, but again Rosie extremely apologetic.

Excellent customer services after sales
Thanks to Elan, after sales team and Mr Russell. His phone call was very reassuring.
I would also like to thank Lynn (customer services coordinator) for being so responsive and always sorting all my concerns and issues. She is excellent.
I would also like to thank Mario who is a brilliant guy and sorted most of the things today. I believe he is very hard working and gets the job done. 5 stars for his services.

Moved into Elan Homes Parkwood Home , Birch Grange Estate , Hooton (formerly Stewart Milne )
We moved into our new Elan Parkwood home last week and are absolutely loving it! Lesley in the marketing suite was incredibly helpful in guiding us to choose the right home, and I’m so glad we followed her advice.
The house is warm, bright, and airy, with great build quality throughout. The appliances are excellent, the kitchen and bathrooms are beautiful, and the boiler very efficient. Everything has been finished to a high standard.
All the Elan staff have been professional, helpful, and supportive throughout the entire selling and buying process. We’ve had just a few minor snags—as you’d expect with any new build—but they were inspected a week after we moved in and are already scheduled to be addressed next week.
Customer service has been spot-on, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Elan Homes to anyone considering buying one.

The Team at Balmoral Gardens
We have bought a beautiful new home at Balmoral Gardens in Southport and must commend the wonderful professional service we have recieved from Rosie Tierney and Ken Bracewell-Murray, as well as the on site support and care from George Theaker. The five star review reflects their dedication and commitment but would not apply to Elan Homes, who in my view, made the whole process extremely slow and stressful for all parties and unnecessarily complicated.

Me and my husband were first time buyers so we didn’t have much of an idea about the whole process of house buying. But with Rosie’s help and guidance we were able to buy a beautiful 4 bedroom detached new build home. If You Value Honesty, Elan homes Isn’t the Developer for You”
Avoid Elan Homes at all costs. Their sales team will lie, mislead, and backtrack without hesitation. Once you’re locked in, you’ll discover the charming ads were just bait. If you’re unlucky enough to deal with them, only communicate via email—never by phone unless you’re recording.
Zero integrity, Zero accountability, Zero transparency, Zero compliance to any laws or regulations. They refused to complete my SAR request and the matter had to be referred to the ICO. A stressful and dishonest experience from start to finish.

You were never locked into anything with us, as no property reservation was ever made. We have always aimed to be transparent and responsive, and our records show that we had extensive correspondence with you to accommodate your needs and requests where possible.
Regarding your SAR (Subject Access Request), we did provide all the relevant information within the required timescales, in full compliance with the regulations.
We’re sorry to hear that you felt this process was stressful or dishonest — that was certainly never our intention, here at Elan Homes we pride ourselves on honesty and integrity – in this case, we did find the situation challenging, your case was reviewed by several senior members of the management team and none of your complaints were upheld despite rigorous reviews.
We hope you have since found a new home that fully meets your requirements, and we wish you all the best for the future.

Rosie from Tower Gardens has been fantastic since the beginning of the house moving/purchasing process. She was so friendly and helpful from the moment we met her. She has a calm, reassuring demeanour and is highly knowledgeable in all areas of the buying and selling process. We are so glad we have her to look after us through this process.

Recently moved to the delightful Garrett Hall Fields development in Tyldesley. Collette in the sales management team has been so helpful throughout the whole process, keeping in regular contact and updating us every step of the way. Colin, the site manager, is always on hand to answer any questions or addressing any minor snagging problems in a timely manner. Cannot fault the service and help we have received from Elan Homes.
