Ordered $200+ worth of merchandise including a new tank and 6 boxes of matching coils. When I received my order, they had sent the wrong tank and it wasn't compatible with the coils I ordered. I emailed support and they refused to send me the correct tank. They said they would either refund the tank or give me points to reorder. If I simply refunded the tank, I'm stuck with 6 boxes of coils I can't use, so I said I wanted to reorder explaining this. They offered to cover $1 of their $21 shipping and only covered 65% of the cost of the tank as the price was now higher. eJuiceConnect is just trying to turn a situation where they screwed up into more dollars for them. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!

This company was great I ordered a large order 10 bottles, was worried cause I read some bad reviews but my order came as promised only took a week to ship!! I was very happy with the low priced vape juice! I will definitely be ordering from this company again thank you ejuice connect. The tech support was very professional when emailing them they got back to me fast!

Ejuice connect is very real / legit my husband and I have been ordering from there sit for years. We had one issue where the wrong coils were ordered and they replaced them immediately.

My order was damaged in shipping and it was never recieved. The company won't respond to Emails despite using their different contact methods. They leave the burden in the consumers hand and will not take any responsibility. Beware that if there is an issue you're on your own.

I will never order from this company again as long as they use FedEx to ship. I ordered my juice on September 26th 2022 it was spose to be delivered on October 3rd/4th 2022 it finally got here 2day November 3rd 2 bottles totally empty/busted. I was in contact with ejuice for the whole process. They were totally useless, kept telling me I gatta wait 14 days after the package stopped shipping. I contacted them about the 2 bottles being busted and haven't heard anything in return. I was a regular customer spending roughly 140 a month for 3 years with them. I will now go elsewhere unless the change shipping companys.

First of of all, they advertise products that they do not have. Then they waited 3 days to tell me they didn't have it when it had supposedly shipped. So now, I've been waiting for a week to get my refund!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Worst website to buy vape stuff online. You’re better off asking someone off the street. No joke.

I ordered 8 btl's of naked 100 ejuice, various flavors. All 8 btl's arrived a funky florescent yellow color. Flavor is not right. The expiration dates were good so idk why. 3 btl's were the wrong nic strength, but I'll give a pass on that since it's possible that was my mistake, although all the others were right. Naked 100 is my normal brand & the flavors i order are always clear. I only use clear juice so the coils won't burn up as fast. Further, when i tried to track the shipping i couldn't find my order online. I tried calling the business number & only got a voicemail. I tried to do the online chat & "kahl" said hello & disconnected. I tried the text & finally got a answer, the next day. Turns out my shipment did arrive on time. Still paid way too much for shipping. If you have a customer service issue, good luck. I only tried ejuice connect because the juice i ordered was on sale & even with the ridiculous shipping cost i thought i was saving $20. Big mistake. A waste of $90.
