I ordered 6 bottles of Sugar Daddy flavored juice. They sent me 6 bottles of berry candy cane. When I reported the mistake along with pictures of the original invoice and the bottles they sent I was told I would have to spend another 70 dollars then wait several weeks for a refund. I explained this doesnt work for me and they refused to work with me without me assuming more financial burden for their mistake. Very poor way to handle their mistakes.

I attempted to use the 35% off coupon, but it only gave me less than 20% Off. I then attempted to contact customer service about the less than 35% off, via text. No reply. Then I opened a chat dialogue on their website and spoke to Kahl. He said there's no coupon. He wouldn't help. Not good for first try. I am adding an update to this review and 2 stars. They shipped my order the next day and received it in just 3 days. I am still steamed about not getting 35% off and how customer service didn't reply to my text and when i finally got someone "kahl" on their website he didn't feel like helping. I will try to order from them again but am leary about referring others to site.

I will not use this company again as long as they use fedex. I'll pay extra for better service elsewhere. Still haven't received anything. Always late. There are still plenty of better companies out there.

I was sent items which had expired "best before" dates. With high shipping costs, merely refunding original item value is not good enough. And they don't provide replacements. Bad refund policy.

Sold me Almost Expired Juice

Have had no issues with this company in terms of previous orders. But this time around I received a bottle of salt juice that was 2 weeks from almost the BB date. Reached out to their support team via email and received a response that they cannot refund me since the juice wasn't expired yet. Let's just say they have crap customer service if needed. Roll the dice on getting something more fresh. And to also add, their f****d up shipping prices if you don't order a lot. Go figure.

This company used to be great. Nowadays it’s a joke. Their online inventory is way off. They’ll either just ship part of the order or cancel the order altogether without as much as an email to let you know. This has happened 3 times back to back now, even talked to them over the phone after the second time. Waste of time, there are lots of better places to order from.

I used to love using Ejuice connect, they have a great selection, easy to use website, and awesome prices!

However, they use Fedex delivery sometimes for some bizzare stupid reason, Therefore, I and many others on this and other platforms have had delivery issues with orders...

Also, I ordered several items but they neglected to tell me that the only item I really wanted, A Tank kit, was not available, and just sent the two juice bottles that I really could have done without and only included them to save a bit on shipping.. If they would have told me, I would have canceld the entire order and saved $22 in shipping, To their credit, They did issue a refund for the Tank kit but still should have given me an option so I didn't have to pay a rediculous $22 shipping on just 2 bottles of juice as the entire order required "Adult Signature" because my state government is a bunch of morons.

To make things worse, The dishonest garbage truck Drivers at Fedex kept speeding by my house without stopping because they are too lazy to get out of the truck and knock on the door, and kept marking my order as unable to deliver until I was forced to report them to corporate and physically find and call their local station superviser "Patricia" to force them to turn around and make the delivery.

Ejuiceconnect, I beg and emplore you to please stop using Fedex, communicate better and go back to using the USPS. Fedex will and is already tarnishing your amazing reputaion of being a quality merchant, and by looking at ANY review site about Fedex, the reasons are obvious why Amazon banned it's sellers from using them for deliveries.

I really wish I could give 5 stars to Ejuiceconnect as service in the past has been outstanding when they used USPS, but with all the hastles and money I've had to endure to actually get my order this time because they chose to use a garbage company for deliveries and for multiple failures to communicate in this instance, I honestly can't even rate you with even 2 stars...

I ordered on Sunday. Got my box today, Wednesday. Fastest shipping and handling I have experinced with any company (besides Amazon Prime). No problems with my order.
This was my first time ordering from this company and I will be a returning customer.

It’s been over two weeks and my order STILL has not shipped. I have emailed them for a refund but they do not reply. I regret giving this company my business. Never again.

Vape Shop is ok it's the shipping company they choose to use, I have placed several orders from them and have received my order from USPS and UPS and FedEx, so when they use FedEx it takes 4 or more days and I only live a few hours from ejuice connect but when they use USPS or UPS i get my order the day after they ship it. I placed a order Sunday and they shipped it Monday it's now Wednesday and still no package, shipping said it was supposed to be here yesterday Tuesday then it said today Wednesday now it says tomorrow Thursday but I'm guessing it will be Friday or Saturday. Since I know they ship using USPS AND UPS i don't know why even though I asked them not to ship with FedEx they still did. I would give them 10 stars if they would stop using FedEx.

Customer Service is amazing, yes sometimes things end up being out of stock but they always make great effort to reach out and give you the option of choosing another product or getting refunded for the product out of stock. quick 2 day shipping, always authentic!

They refunded my order without contacting me. But when they refunded my order they left me short 12$. It's only 12$ but the company is clearly a scam. They have been in legal troubles and obviously have never recovered.

I ordered an aegis solo kit (red and blue variant) last saturday it took a week to get here which is why they lose a star from me, as for the product it was brand new in box sealed, the correct model and color and works great, the only two complaints I have for this company is slow shipping times and barebones communication.

Used these guys several times without incident. Received an order a week ago with some juice and coils and everything looked good to go. Today I went to put in a coil only to discover they sent me the wrong ones. I ordered the Crown V and they sent Crown IV which don't fit. Website is GONE!

Bunch of incompetent failures, Won't ship to "PO boxes anymore" because of a "new carrier" but they still use USPS priority mail. USPS doesn't deliver to my house and only my PO Box at the post office since I live remotely... Now the post office returned the box to sender since E JUICE CONNECT didn't put my box number on the shipping address. I always have problems with their customer service too, they are so rude and the first time they cancelled my order blindly because of this PO box situation. Also they started offering "free shipping" on orders 99+, just to take it away instantly because of their greed. Lost a customer for life. Horrible.

Garbage customer service. Canceled an order without telling me then made up a story about my card being bad. I had just used it that morning so more BS. Great prices, but I won't do business with a company that lies to me. High prices on shipping. Do yourself a favor go somewhere else. These creeps don't deserve your money.

Didn't receive all my order and they don't answer emails. They also over charge for shipping. Steer clear

Received order confo and shipping emails on Dec. 15th
Tracking number says that it was pre transit meaning the order never got mailed! This is Jan.4th 2021
Contacted them multiple times via email and got no response! I tried the phone number but it was never answered.
I go to my account with them and look up my orders and THAT order wasn't even in my account anymore!
So now I have to go through my credit card to see if the money was credited or if I have to dispute it!
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE AND INCONSIDERATE COMPANY EVER!

Ordered 10 bottles of juice from them. Every single bottle was old and had obviously been sitting for a long time. Reached out to them to correct the issue with no response.

We have reached out 3 times over the past month to this place and They Only Ignore.
I Made It Crystal Clear to Refund Our Money- They Only Ignore Requests.
