Ordered a canvas frame for my brother after ensuring I measured the frame twice and writing in additional box the size. I was to required on several occasions to take photos and send to the company they replied that the frame does a partly allow a 5mm gap each side and that I need to screw through the back to secure the canvas I was told that they would not amend the size as it was too small to cut and that I would need to re order and they would give me 50% off . Harsh!! As the frame cost over £100. Not very understanding when you have any issues. So lesson learnt please read all the details before ordering as you will not get any refund and the service is poor. Will not be using them again…

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience ordering frames from this company. Despite showing as "in stock," my order was stuck in production for a week before finally arriving. When the frames did arrive, the quality was shocking—flimsy, uneven, and wobbling on the wall. For £42 each, I expected something solid, but these don’t even compare to much better frames I’ve bought elsewhere for a fraction of the price.

To make matters worse, when I tried to return them under their 90-day return policy, customer service asked for pictures (which is difficult when the main issue is flimsiness). I sent multiple photos and have since been completely ignored for over a week. Terrible quality and poor customer service—definitely won’t be purchasing from them again!

Best printing (canvas) and framing i have used to date. Really superb quality. Have been in photography business for 20 years and this is a revelation on ease of ordering, keeping updated, packaging, delivery and the quality of final framed photograph.
