I've a really annoying gap between my headboard and mattress and having seen the price of a 'bed bridge' elsewhere decided to give this place a go - it was less than half the price of others i was looking at - site was easy to use, i went with the recommended type of foam and it arrived today (3 days after ordering it). Its ideal,great quality, fits perfectly and I'll definitely be using this company again.

I needed some box foam inserts to complete a Christmas gift.

The Efoam team were great in recommending a product, cut to size same day & couriered to my doorstep by the following morning. Fantastic 🙏

Ordered our sofa cushions online. The videos and instructions on their website make it very clear how to take the measurements. It’s also well explained so that you know which type of cushion to buy.
My custom made order arrived very quickly (within a matter of days) and the quality is superb. They fit perfectly too - I was very impressed. Their customer service is excellent as well; helpful, friendly and very quick to respond. Will definitely use them again when we need to replace our sofa cushions - highly recommend this company. The price seems very reasonable too. Very happy with our purchase, thank you :)

Great service, fast delivery, easy to use website.

Very poor communication. No notice of dispatch or tracking details provided. Only found parcel by accident which had been thrown on driveway. No attempt by courier to actually deliver the parcel to me.. They can't blame courier (Evri) they chose them - they must know what they are like by now.

Very pleased with efficient and quick reply as my order was an odd shape. Charlie talked me through measurements, sent confirmation immediately. Arrived 2 days later, fantastic service

Placed my order with these as they say fast delivery, paid for my order 10.20am expecting it to ship out at least the next day, it did not, no email nothing. So I message them and they reply with it has been posted and the courier has it plus Tracking, the tracking is with Yodel and states we are expecting it, item with the sender, so all they have done is created a postage label.
And to top it the tracking says expected Monday the 11th, I ordered the 6th, nothing fast about that.
I could of got the foam cheaper but the other supplier was offering 3 day delivery, so I still would of been better off using them.
There site gives a false impression of quick delivery and customer service tell lies to cover it up.
It is now the week end and they are closed until Monday so my foam is not going to ship until Monday.
Update in response:
More lies and this time in public. it was still with efoam @ 07 Nov 2024 00:00 that is midnight so did not leave them until the 8th and that is not a courier fault, also it is not on a next day delivery, I wish you could post images on here to show the truth.

Of course you have a reason to be dishonest, you want your customers to believe it is the couriers fault it is late, All you had to do when I phoned up was OWN IT, a simple sorry but instead you tell me it is in a truck going to Hatfield, it did not even go through Hatfield depot.

Rang the company, explained what we needed, gave them the measurements, they gave us a price. Job done. We were told that our foam would arrive by the following Monday but it actually arrived on the Saturday before. Great price, great service. In addition, as the foam was intended to fit inside a bed frame, the dimensions were critical. As it turns out they cut the foam to exactly the right dimensions which meant that we didn't have any messing about when we fitted it. We will be buying from them again in the future.

Spoken to a lovely lady Charlie. Who was very helpful on the telephone in guiding me in ordering the foam for my garden seat as i was unsure. So happy with my purchase they look better then when i brought the cushion highly recommend.

Very clear information at initial enquiry followed by rapid response without pressure. Helpful instructions which were clear and unambiguous. Courier service used was excellent.

Ordered a piece of my foam for my wheelchair back as it had broke and I needed a temporary quick fix till I had the back replaced. The website was easy to navigate and took you through the process of ordering step by step, the customer service where really good and quick to answer my questions. And the delivery was super quick. Put the product on my chair today and it works fabulous. Really good company. Will use for all future foam needs. Thankyou

Ordered a pair of bench cushions 108cm by 50cm (selected for upholstery) online and paid by PayPal. Never got a confirmation email so went back to their www to try to check my order. Zero functionality. Impossible to view. All I have is a PayPal record of payment.
4 days later 2 unmatching (albeit a mm difference) kitchen sponges arrive and ever since they’re refusing to change items or give money off replacement order. Obviously they’ve sent mm not cm but gave no way to check the order. They’re now ignoring me altogether. I have wasted £12 on 2 miniature foam rectangles all because their www doesn’t issue confirmation emails or allow access on their own site. They dared to claim it’s a custom order to justify their inaction when clearly these 2 mini sponges were cut off the floor waste. Utter Crooks!

Needed a new mattress for our caravan, i phoned Efoam up and decided on a 6 inch medium foam with a 2 inch memory topper, what a difference it has made. Although i am sure the mattress can be cut to shape we have left it as it is. So pleased with the service, a simple and quick phone call and a 2 day delivery

After getting a quick response from an email enquiry, I ordered a Pyrosorb-S class 0 acoustic foam tile pack from Efoam to hopefully reduce the noise from an air compressor. It exceeded my expectations, the foam was so easy to install and fit perfectly around the inside of the compressor cover. Its dense structure and high-quality material effectively absorbed the sound, significantly reducing the noise levels. The garden is now so much quieter. Overall, eFoam's acoustic foam is an excellent solution for anyone looking to minimise unwanted noise. Highly recommended for its performance, ease of use, and effectiveness. Oh, and it arrived really quickly too.

I ordered a piece of rigid foam for my camera bag to give it a bit of form. The order process was very easy and so was payment. I received an email confirming my order and an approximate delivery time. My order arrived within a week. Well pleased.

More than impressed, the site was easy to navigate, foam cut to the size I asked for, very clear guide on what foam to order. No issues what so ever. And very fast delivery. Highly recommend.

The foam I ordered for a very old arm chair was made to the exact measurements I provided and arrived within a couple of days. The website is very easy to use and I followed Efoam's guidance on selecting the type of foam which is just right for the chair. Excellent quality & very good value.

I bought a medium density slab of foam in 2020 from Efoam, mainly for the purpose of sleeping on (I have ME which makes finding a suitable mattress a nightmare).

It was comfortable and good value for what I got, however I've never been able to use it without it triggering eczema and allergy symptoms (runny nose, runny eyes, sneezing, coughing, rashes over face and body). Obviously it's always been wrapped up and looked after.

I've been fine with the majority of foam sofas I've used in my life, so I have no idea what the problem with this foam is.

I'm not saying that this is a problem which would affect the majority of people (indeed, it'd probably only be people who are unfortunate enough to be chemically sensitive).

However, I'm writing this fairly negative review because I sent an email to Efoam on the 30th May to try and get to the bottom of what the difference might be between foams which don't irritate me and foams which do and never received the courtesy of a reply.

I don't blame them for selling a product which might trigger allergies in one person in every hundred. I do blame them for ignoring me when I politely asked them for information/advice which would greatly improve my quality of life.

I have nowhere comfortable to sleep at the minute barring this foam which makes me unwell, which anyone with any experience of ME will know is horrific.
