Quick without compromise. All sentences were improved with equal weight within a limited time. A vast majority of revisions were scientifically sound, with only a few going through additional, minor revisions. The additional revision was quick as well.

I love the work that the assigned…
I love the work that the assigned editor did for my paper. The language was improved to not only be grammatically correct but also smoother to read. I was impressed by the quick response time from the Customer service team. However, they could improve on the payment process. I was given a price by the Customer service and went on to pay online but the website asked me to re-send the manuscript which resulted in a different price.

The suggestion for my paper has been detailed and alternative expressions have been useful for the improvement of my paper. I have had the positive impression for your editing. But I could not have proper understanding for your comment that "the alighnment of the table is not appropriate. please see if the table can be provided in the landscape mode instaed". After more than 10 years of dismissal of my ideas, I was very happy to receive your edit in a way that showed you were expressing my ideas without comments on how they didn't match current thinking. You don't know how often I have dealt with that critique. Science should always consider new ideas. The issue is their logic and documentation, not disagreement with an unconnected detail of previous theory.
