Seriously though, I ordered a jacket yesterday at 4.50pm, chose free postage, and it turned up at 12.30pm the next day along with my free Rome binding spares.

Would recommend this Edge Riders to anyone, they provide a very helpful service in store and via email....I needed a screw replacing on my Flow bindings to which I could not source one anywhere via the Web. I contacted Charlie and via email, exchanging pics and a quick visit to the store, he soon replaced the screw for a minimal charge of nothing :) Will happily use Edge Riders in the future!! A* 10/10

So I jumped online to order some much needed snowboard boots knowing that now is a great time for clearance. Found a set of 32's at nearly half price so ordered them. Feeling smug at my great deal I went back to work. Within in 10mins I had mail from EdgeRiders stating that the size I ordered wasnt in stock. After the initial deflation at loss of my stunning deal, I continued read the mail which stated I could choose from a list of size 9 boots as an alternative at no extra cost! I bagged a even more awesome set of 2014 Burtons at a mega super bargin price! Dispatched tomorrow and with me Monday.

Quite frankly I am gobsmacked at the outstandingly service offered by EdgeRiders. They didn't need to offer this but they did with no qualms and now I feel all warm n fuzzy.

I purchased a Burton snowboard jacket in store, most shops only hold a small amount of stock for women so I was impressed by the incredible range; they had hundreds of jackets, pants, thermals plus a massive range of snowboarding and ski gear. All the prices were competitive to online shops, thanks to Edgeriders I no longer need to bother with the hassle of online shopping; although if I did need to shop online I would still use them as their customer service is second to none.

I spoke to the very helpful Charlie who was able to send me slingshot bindings in my size! He also very helpfully advised me on board size! So I'm all set up and enjoying it!

Bought a Nixon 51-30 watch for about half the price I could find it anywhere else. Went for standard delivery and the parcel still arrived next day. Thanks for a great service.

I went in to get some grip tape put on my longboard. The guy in the shop was so helpful & knowledgeable & even took the time to show me how he fixed it on. Very personable. The shop had a wide range of boards and accessories - all very well presented in a friendly and helpful atmosphere. Highly recommend a visit!

Charlie was quick to reply, really friendly and provided the best customer service I've had in a long while! I got the perfect crash helmet for my upcoming ski holiday at a superb price and it came the next day!

I'd definitely recommend these guys over all the other online ski/snow shops. I've dealt with quite a few recently and none are as awesome as edge-riders.

I purchased a pair of Burton Cartel Restricted bindings from edgeriders.com back in January - at the time I had a query about the bindings and whether size large would be ok for the width of my board. A detailed answer was received within 15 minutes saying they would be fine, and this was confirmed when I received them!

Unfortunately I had an issue where one of the high backs broke after around 7 days on the mountain - nothing to do with edgeriders this was obviously a defect in the Burton product. Again, I contacted edgeriders and Charlie asked me to leave it with him. Next thing I know he has contacted Burton and come back to me the same day, confirming he had sorted out a replacement high back and would post this on for free as soon as recieved. AMAZING!!!

Can't recommend edgeriders highly enough, brilliant customer service and a great range of snow gear, quite often with great sale prices too.

Ordered a jacket after 5pm (and last post) on Thursday and requested standard delivery and received it on Monday, so within 2 working days.

Spoke to a polite and helpful lady at the shop. I certainly recommend Edgeriders and will use again.

Was browsing around the web for snowboarding gear when I came across this awesome shop. It's got a great range of products at good affordable price, you can't go wrong choosing this site. Alongside this, it doesn't only specialise in snowboarding, It's got loads of other sports like wakeboarding, and skating, so I definitely suggest that you check out the website!

I live in Perth, Western Australia and unfortuantely I'm 1000's of km from a ski resort or ski store and of all places a store in the UK has become my local. Charlie has been incredible with his quick responses to my stupid questions and went out of his way to get me the pair of boots I want that no one else could get me. Really appreciate his help and will continue to shop here.

this company are brilliant, i ordered a new board bag and a couple of other little bits on friday afternoon and despite opting for standard shipping, it was all with me monday morning. due to a confusion with a friend i needed to return the bag, so got in contact and they were rapid at responding. the whole process was easy and problem free. cant recommend them enough. thank you.

I ordered an impact vest which was on sale. Unfortunately after putting my order through the item wasn't in stock anymore, but straight away they offered me another one, which was even more expensive for the same price.
Also they gave me great advice with my size which I wasn't sure of.
I ordered from Germany with standard shipping and it got here in only 4 days, which is incredible.

My experience with Edgeriders was so good I felt compelled to send an email of thanks, I've copied the email below to save me retyping...

I just wanted to take the opportunity to say thank you very much for providing an excellent service, last week I phoned to enquire if a particular Wake binding was in stock, the young lady on the phone was very efficient and confirmed that she had the item (even physically checking) and would put it aside for me.

I then placed my order through your easy to use website and held my breath (due to several rather less pleasing internet shopping experiences recently!) the bindings arrived at the correct address, the very next day, exactly what I wanted and delivered incredibly quickly for a free delivery service.

I'm sure this is not noteworthy in the general run of things, but from a customers perspective it is great to have found a company that can be trusted to do as they say and do it right. So please pass my thanks on to your team and I am sure that I will order from you again, as soon as I have need.

Couldnt recommend anymore to any of my friends. I asked if I could write a review as all I can say is thank you very much . Bought a wakeboard and bindings . Delivery was prompt and due to getting the right board and bindings sent out for my size I coulndt ask for more from the team especially charlie. Communication was very personal as well as very professional. Made it clear I was the customer and he would do his up most to make sure I was nothing but happy. Great gear. ...great prices but the main thing these days is great customer service ......we just dont get..it anymore. ......but ya do here ....great job and it will be my first point of call when I buy next time . New bindings, 4th piste of the first day, ankle rachet refused to bind half way up.
Not good unless you happen to have complete spare parts for the bindings with you.
I ordered spare toe bindings complete for both sides which is down to experience of the wear they take when you are rough riding off piste.
But I didnt order ankle rachets, but Charlie sent them anyway.
And it gets better...with the faulty spare parts I was able to fix a lady rider who was half way up on her way to a night in the Igloo at the peak.
Her group couldnt believe there bad then good luck.
So both our days were saved.

First of all the order came the next day, even though I'd selected normal shipping. The gloves were too small, I emailed to see if they had a medium, and whether it was longer or wider. I had a response within the hour, they had measured the glove so I could be sure whether I needed a refund or exchange. The replacement glove was with me in just 2 days after I'd posted mine back.
Communication has been great, they're friendly, helpful and prompt. The pricing is really competitive too, so for customer service along, I've found the online store for boarding gear.

Hi there, I just bought myself a 32 delta jacket of the website. I've been checking the web for a while for it and it came up as cheapest on the net. The postage was free but said would take 6 days which was fair enough. It came in two days!! I also emailed them if they could sort me some stickers out for my board to show off my new brand and to be honest wasn't expecting any because alot of company's just say no they said wasnt a problem and sent me some out :-) Brilliant customers service would recommend anyone to use edgeriders......Will be using them again in the future for any new boarding gear.
